The worst hotel that I have ever stayed in my life, first of all wifi never works!!! Cockroaches and bed bugs !!! Magnetic key doesn't work!!! So filthy!!! Don't have a proper light in the room!!! I don't know how come they have such a high ratings, must've bought them!!!

Can’t get any worse than this, when I was checking in I asked an employee at the front desk if I had to give the other’s person ID, I was told , that wasn’t necessary!!! So I went to the city and my friend with the other key was trying to open the door, but cheap magnetic key doesn’t work!!! He went to the front desk, asked if he could get it fixed but was denied that for security reasons, so I called them , told them that I could FaceTime or Duo and to show my ID to prove that is me, but I was denied again . My friend have heart condition and he needed his medication !!! So I had to come all the way back to the hotel to figure that out!! They have no compassion, no common sense , they were talking about security and stuff , but last night at 12 some random dude knocked on our door!!! Also cockroaches and bed bugs!!! WiFi doesn’t work at all!!!

This was the worst place ever price said $68 a night on line got there price jumps to $101 a night desk staff rude and disrespectful wouldn't honor the price that is quoted online cleaning staff friendly room filthy walked in room smelled like a basement bathroom tub dirty sink dirty no toilet paper microwave and refrigerator dirty there's no way room was cleaned before it was rented out it would be a nice place if it had proper management and was given the right attention sad situation

Bad business, the couple, especially the wife, is rude and nasty to people, especially the homelesss. The door don't lock from the outside until it's time to check out and don't let them see you trying to help the next person or they'll threaten to kick you out... God don't like ugly...

Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. No extra latch on front door and they gave us a room in the back of the hotel with someone in the adjoining room. We did not feel safe. They did not provide wash clothes and when I asked for some, they said we had them already. When I said we didn't, they told us to come get them ourselves. Paint pealing from the ceilings and no breakfast available. 1 very small piece of soap for 2 people and no other supplies available. The room was dusty. Definitely not worth the $100 that Booking.com charged.

I stayed 4 nights and my room was clean, (no roaches) I even got a $5 discount per night , Front desk was nice, housekeepers were nice did there job well. My overall experience was great. Will definitely return

If u have no other option then yea but the beds are hard, no breakfast, coffee or coffee makers, no pool, and our ac kinda sucked. Booked on line for 3 nights and the hotel it's self only booked for 1 night. Not enough towels or pillows. If u have too then it would work.

Took me an hour to check in and room was so hot. The ac didn't work and they made me pay some deposit my second night there.... not my first night. It didn't make any sense.

It looked well lit up and a decent place to stay. Was just checking to see how it looked at night. It looked safe and decent.

The front desk' clerk didn't provide any information about how to get to the second floor nor to the assigned room. The stairs are dirty and smells like urine, apparently they don't clean nor wash them. Female's long hair found in the bed as well as, in the bathroom. I will not stay at American Worst Value Inn ever again.

It’s a day white lady and all her coworkers say she is racist, but most of her customers are black!!!! horrible!!!! I got a 3year old daughter and to have the doors without a latch for extra feeling of security for my daughter and I was ridiculous!!!! Plus Roaches coming out the sink, and tub.Went to the front to ask for help she said most of the doors are like that and there’s nothing she can do but move me to another room. I asked for my money back and she refused . I had to call the cops. If a person is paying $500 o more for ur business u should make them feel good n solve their problems so they would come back. My family is never coming back there. Horrible horrible

The Man And His Wife Have Very Unpleasant Attitudes. They Are Very Rude As The Other Written Reviews Complained. And They Are Discriminating. False Advertisement About Having Breakfast, When You Get To The Front Desk They Tell You "No Breakfast , Go To Mc'donalds For Breakfast".This Has Got To Be The Worse Hotel In Georgia. If i could give 1 star i would, the guy at the front desk during the day is very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this place .
