I honestly prefer this Austell location. They always tend to be friendly, quick, and fresh. My order tonight was no exception as it’s evident his order was “made with love.”

I arrived and my order was being completed.... Maaan, hot, crispy, and seasoned to perfection! Lemon pepper wings were on point and so were the fries! 👍🏽👍🏽

ABSOLUTELY terrible! Chicken Wings Chicken Tenders were way too salty!! The fries were burnt! I spent 40.00 on this! This is absolutely ridiculous! JR Crickets used to be so good but has gone way down! It would be nice to get my money back as this was ridiculous!

Location is good. Food is also good. Always comes out correct and hot. Prices are a bit pricey on the wings and fries side, just my opinion. No problem with Customer service as everyone has always been courteous.

OMG! Today's food was sooooo freakin' good... and I've had good food from here until now. The lady inside the Austell location tah-dey...bay-bey, she did the damn thang. My extra crispy was extra crispy and my onion rings rung. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I don't know that lady, but thank you.

Gave them a 1 because I couldn't choose 0. Find somewhere else to get wings besides here or prepare to be disappointed. I try to support my people, but everytime I've ordered from here less the time the owner was present, my order is wrong. I promise today was my last time ordering from here! I don't need my order fixed, I need it how it was ordered!

I don't usually leave reviews but this place is not it. I know it's franchise and won't taste exactly like the original but it was so bland, they were out of ribs, I found out after I came back to pick up the food and subbed for a chicken Philly and it was the nastiest I've ever had. The wings and fries were not good at all either. 40 dollars wasted and not worth what they are serving.

Picked up and order for my best friend and the service was outstanding! The people were pleasant and her food was fresh! I ordered from the place next door but immediately regretted my choice after the experience I had at JR Crickets. I’ll definitely be supporting this location moving forward! Thanks for providing quality customer service- you’re a rare breed and we appreciate you!

Let me just say whomever the young lady is at the Austell store today 10/22/22. She's 🔥🔥🔥..my food is the BEST I've had from a JR Crickets!!! Please don't misunderstand, the food has always been amazing every time that I've ordered but TODAY (whew)...I have no leftovers which isn't the norm for me. THANK YOU!!!

VERY friendly staff and the food comes out fast and hot! A J.R. Cricket's to go was an awesome idea I was able grab some food right before kick off.

The best cook is Tony, my brother, he does a great job. 100% health score... eat here why not? To go orders only. shimp, steak, and chicken sells out daily customer service 100%. Love this, staple of Atlanta

🤤🤤Being from Atlanta, I find it embarrassing to say that this was my first visit to JR Crickets. After moving to N.C., I came back to visit their To-Go location. Great and clean atmosphere. Awesome daily specials for walk-in only. And a very attentive and flexible staff that makes sure your order is to your liking. I mean, look how neat my wings are laid out? Food was hot and fresh!

I've heard great things about their wings for some time now and they did not disappoint. Didn't catch her name but the lady I ordered from this evening was very nice :)

This was my second time going also my last time.. I have to say the 1st visit was decent I ordered lemon pepper wings with fries, this 2nd time I ordered the same thing the wings were terrible 😔 they were way too salty I couldn't even finish them the fries were soggy and a bit under cooked in today's ever changing world 15 bucks wasted on food isn't a great feeling.. save your money and just cook at home

10 piece Wet Lemony Pepper with fries! So glad to have a nice, friendly wing spot in the neighborhood. Delicious food, decent pricing and great location. I will definitely be back to sample other items off the menu.

Very friendly staff, the food was cooked just right, house made ranch was so delicious (which is a necessity for wings); just all around great service! Oh and the cookies are yummy 😋

Was told my order would be ready in 15 mins. It took 38 minutes. Cook was touching my food without gloves, cheese and toppings for burger. That’s pretty gross. Wont ever eat at this location again.

I ordered my food online and still had to wait an extra 20 mins upon picking it up. The food was very disappointing; I will not be returning to this establishment again.

Quality of food is very cheap. Overpriced for the quality of food you receive. They use cheap ingredients and nothing like the other jr cricket locations. Really disappointing after spending $60 on wings and burgers to find out that it tasted nothing like the other locations. I do not recommend this location. I don’t leave reviews but I had to leave one for this waste.

July, 29 2023 - Every wing was bruised. My previous order was the same. I was too far down the road to go back to return this order.

This place has really went down. The wings was hot but very very salty! I think y’all need to work on another lemon pepper recipe y’all trying to raise blood pressure to the extreme!!!
