This place is hit or miss. When it's good it's the best wings in the city. When it's bad your wings are probably old and dry or your order is wrong.

I ordered 30 wings for carryout on Monday. The wings was very small. They had absolutely no seasoning or flavor topped with the sauces I ordered. It tasted like sweet chicken with no seasoning. We did not enjoy the wings at all. We ate about 10 and threw away the rest because they were bland and very crunchy. We will never order here again. $40.00 later

Fish was fried perfectly...fresh and hot. The potato salad was great...wish there was a bigger serving!

My son loves the wings, food is always super hot and fresh, order always correct. Great menu options. When I'm feeling homesick, missing Baltimore sub shops, this is my go to spot. Enjoy!

I think this place is great. People forget about the time and effort that is put into preparing their meals. Just because you spend money when you are too lazy to cook does not mean you can't appreciate the restaurant for even wanting to serve the public. Food is fresh and always hot. That's much better than complaining because they didn't add enough seasoning to your food. That just gives you something else to complain about. These people put effort in every meal I have ordered and they have no idea who I am because I order through third party apps. Thanks Floyd wings and Grill for staying consistent.

This used to be a nice wings spot and the variety of fries are great as well. However, the prices have increased and the service has decreased. Repeatedly emphasized extra crispy, because I dont like to feel like I'm eating flesh when eating wings. Sure enough they did not follow orders. It took more time than it should have just to even place the order. Almost 30 bucks down the drain. Would not recommend on those grounds. The most important thing is listening to the customer. Hopefully they work on that!

I ordered a Philly and 5 lemon pepper wings with a sprite. I received 4 lemon pepper wings with fries and a sprite, I called the restaurant to get this taken care. I had to ask to speak with someone other than the man who answered the phone because all he could not understand me. I asked to speak with someone else a female then got on the phone I politely explained the situation and her only response was I checked the order before it went out so my only solution is to call grubhub. I am sick at home and still hungry. I am very disappointed with this situation. I wish I could post a zero star rating.

Always wait approx 2 hours for food to be delivered so we make sure to order appropriately knowing this. Tonight, we waited an hour and a half which was surprising since it’s normally 2 hours, however, after that hour and a half they showed up without half of my order claiming they were out of what they needed to make it. No call, no heads up, nothing. So now I’ve waited all this time to still be starving! How do you run out of what you need to make a hot ham and cheese sandwich??? And even so, call and let your customer know so they can at least have the option of ordering something else or making other arrangements instead of waiting forever for nothing!!! I’ve always forgiven the fact that they screw up every single time we order and leave off the extra sauce I pay for because the food is pretty good but this is inexcusable. Now my husbands food gets cold while he goes to get me something to eat when we could have done that while waiting if only we had gotten the common courtesy of a freakin call an hour and a half ago. We will never order from this place again. Absolutely ridiculous 😡😡

Unbelievable. The owner argued with me and made fighting excuses to why the food we ordered was going to arrive 2 HOURS after ordering. When we place the order we were told it was going to be an hour. after an hour and 45 minutes we still have heard nothing.. called and he told me he can’t control traffic and “doesn’t have a helicopter”. Best part is we said to cancel the whole thing due to other things on our agenda. And he did not. The food showed up and he CALLED MY PHONE to tell me he still was going to charge me for it. I told him no and that we were done and we are going to get food somewhere else. We were leaving to go about our day. I am sure he still charged me. We will see. Most rude business. Still shocked.

So disorganized. Ordered pick up online and they didn't even start cooking it until i got there. 30 minutes later.

The food was sooo nasty🤦🏽‍♀️The garlic break was soggy🤮and had wayyy too much garlic it looked like someone just dumped half a bottle of garlic on there the croutons on my salad were old and the wings were disgusting the sauce had no flavor🙅🏽‍♀️And it looked just as nasty as it tasted.

Wings Lil small but ok

Our office decided to order lunch from Floyd's; about 4 cheeseburgers, a philly cheese steak with fries, and Okra totaling around $60.00+tip. We ordered around 11:45am. After 15 minutes or so, Floyd cancelled our order stating it was more food than they could prepare during lunch. We were never charged, but we wont be ordering from Floyd again.

The wings are always good and the staff always gets my order right. They make sure I have all my requested condiments as well. The only issue is the parking because the plaza is busy sometimes.

We order from Floyd’s on a regular basis and the food is good. The service, however, is not. We use the Uber Eats app and it is clear they don’t pay attention to the order. Specifically, I requested a side of onions for my burger on this order. No side, one ring of onion on the burger. If you order straight off the menu, you will usually receive what you ordered. Usually. I did order 2 BLTs once. I got bread, Lettuce, and Tomato. I suppose they made up for it months later by bringing me 4 BLTs instead of 2. As I said, the food is good, but service can make the best meal in the world just not worth the effort sometimes.

We eat here weekly. My entire office loves it. Every time they get it right. Philly cheese steaks are the best around. Honestly I've never got a bad piece of food here. Two thumbs up

I'd placed an order around 8:46 or 56 p.m. I just wanted something good to snack on & I never had any problems before... Well- Fast-forward using UberEats to this place & I ended up with no food. Waited all this time no call, no text, and no update having someone take so much time to prep food & then not even deliver. My address is correct & even apt #... Point is- Terrible experience I'm not ever ordering again from this place.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this business. I wish they were open 24hrs. I didn't know how I would feel about the food at first but when I bit into those wings.....mmmmm delicious. This place has never disappointed me and hope they dont because I will Regret having to pass up such delicious food.

I go to this place quite a bit! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I visit this spot many times. The food is of high quality, the workers are welcoming and the payment is decent. I enjoy being in this place over a nice supper.

It was ok...

Ordered stuffed potato skins, and when I saw them I was afraid they were over cooked But they weren’t. These were the best potato skins ever and they were loaded with cheese and bacon. They were soft yet cooked and had the best flavor. The hot wings were good and hot and the stuffed jalapeños were cooked jut right. I highly recommend this location and plan on trying some new items next time. The service was fast and the staff very pleasant.

DO NOT GET THE CHICKEN FINGERS. Absolutely nasty. Otherwise food is alright.
