Quinn was an amazing server and just a great person to communicate with. He made my minion experience 10/10 at ihop. He made sure we were having a good time and had everything we needed. I will come back again and eat at this exact restaurant just for the amazing service. Great job ihop for hiring such an amazing person!!!!

We entered and were greeted promptly. We were seated after. The dining room was kind of empty. We ordered a Colorado Omlette that looked unpleasant, dry, skimpy, and tasteless compared to other locations. I'm just disappointed. My husband ordered the spicy poblano that had no kick at all. Our waitress focused on cleaning other tables instead of her current guest. In the beginning, she explained she was the only waitress. Since dining, we've seen 3 other waitresses on duty within 10-15 min of being seated. This was the first time my waitress made no attempt to clean of dishes or glasses while we were still dining. Had to ask another waitress for a drink refill. The waitress brought me a to-go box and folded the bag, putting it where my food went. I won't be back to this location for a while.

I came here with a friend for dinner. It did take about 5 minutes for someone to sit us down. After that, service was fairly decent. Food came out in a relatively good time. Food was hot. The food tasted pretty good as well. Good place to eat, but maybe not so much at a late time when service staff is smaller.

Dined in with Jean as our server. She's very nice and always does an awesome job every time we visit. Food was cook to perfection. Visited again on 5/24/22. Area was our server. 100% a great experience she provided. Very attentive.

Mr. Quinn was the best and most efficient waiter ever! He was really nice and accommodate to our needs. Even though they were super slammed understaffed and I know very much under pressure he still took the time to make sure he checked up on us! This man needs a raise!!!!! 10/10 great service 🤍

Great experience. Staff were friendly and quick on service. Food came out quickly and well made. The only issue was my cup came out dirty, which they quickly switched out.

Our waitress said she had only been there three days, and she was the only waitress in one whole side of the restaurant. The manager was NOT doing his job. Our food came out dried from the heat lamps. Just horrible tonight, so much so that multiple people left. I hope they get more help soon

Got such a friendly service for my morning breakfast on my first visit ! Staff overall was loud on background but won’t discourage invitation to anyone near area. My service and food was extraordinary.

Wait staff for our table was attentive but he wore his mask under his nose not completely covering his face. The wait staff as a whole was extremely loud which disrupted our meal. We understand restaurant noise but this wad way beyond that...We may as well have been at Waffle House. One of them was yelling out stuff to all the other staff all across the room, to the kitchen, and because of that we pretty much were aware of everyone's wrong order, that the next table was not going to like the bacon light, that she was training someone, that she needed whip cream from the back, that she needed her dish ready when she was ready to clock out, that she needed so and so to come take out the trash, how to put Harvest Nut Grain pancakes in the register....I mean she was loud and yelling pretty much everything. She was so loud and it was truly disruptive and not what I have come to expect at IHOP. Now don't get me wrong she appeared to be working hard but all of the staff was just unnecessarily loud and quite frankly the restaurant as a whole just did not look tidy. It was 10 pm.or so...hardly any customers and at least 7 to 10 workers so things should have looked really tidy. Management was in the back apparently cause we asked but at least one Manager should be out front cause it so much noise and conversation between the wait staff we literally were ready to go. They were that loud. Louder than waffle house and that is their method of operation you expect to hear everything there but not IHOP. And many of them had their masks only on their mouths and not covering their noses even when handling guests food. That kind of defeats the purpose.

Late night family decision. The cook put spectacular effort into the food. I wish I could remember his name, but it begins with a J. The server for her first time was impressive and attentive, and the manager, even though short staffed, got everyone seated and served in a timely fashion... great gob for IHOP 3rd shift. I will return. And customers, tip your cooks they move to give you the best food they can make.

IHOP across the country just isn’t what it used to be. Quality has declined and doesn’t justify the pricing. Sarah S was my server and was excellent. She made sure I was taken care of. Very attentive and made an adjustment for the biscuits I ordered when she noticed I didn’t finish them due to not particularly caring for them. The temp of the food was just average not hot and not cold, just average. The time to get the food was reasonable. The pancakes tasted just ok and was a little tough like they were over cooked but not burned. This isn’t the first time I’ve been here nor is it the first complaint I’ve had about this. Although I WOULD recommend it, I would still urge the IHOP corporation to do better with the quality of their products. Also to stop charging so much for so little (ie. ham, terribly small sausage links).

The salad was not as advertised. The Chopped chicken salad comes with cheese, avocado, bacon ,tomato,onion and Chopped chicken. Our salad came with onion chicken avocado but had to be told about the rest. On a good note they took it off the bill only after we asked.

I took my daughter here a lot when she was little. We recently went back and had a great experience. Super friendly staff all smiling and seemed to enjoy working together. It was a good vibe and the new menu items were delicious.

We were there on a Sunday morning and it was busy but they sat us right away. Our server Jade was phenomenal. She was quick, friendly, efficient and incredibly nice. One of the best ihop experiences we have ever had!

Haven't eaten IHOP in forever, but the service changed my perspective. It was crowded, but the server was great and fast. It was my child's first time eating there and he really enjoyed it. I had the French toast with chicken tenders. Was great warm and fulfilling. Will definitely be back.

This is me and my husband go to spot on Sunday! They never disappoint all the servers are great. Today we had Clariebel she was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Customer service is everything

Went to meet up with my mother to have some breakfast. She arrived shortly before ordered a water with lemon, and a sprite with no ice for me. They were out of lemons, and they brought two waters. I arrived checked the first guy was real social in a positive light, although the drink was wrong but then we were greeted with the actual server. I asked for sprite no ice, I got brought back a sprite with ice, had to ask a third time to get the right drink, not to mention the kid kept leaving and coming back without remembering. Then we got our food, they forgot my mother's hash browns, and both of our utensils. We had to wait a little for those. Our server was just real forgetful. The first guy who greeted us and spoke to us when we sat was friendly, so was another waitress who served another table as both complimented my locs. The girl was real polite and attentive from what I saw, but the server we had not too much. Food was okay but the pancakes were great. Felt like the social interaction experience would have been better if we had gotten the girl instead. Overall the outing wasn't too bad, but wasn't that great either. I paid for everything and still tipped him though.

Food was bland and eggs way over cooked. Server was new but he was sweet and he tried his best. He was very polite and did a good job. We had a nasty food stained glass our silverware was slightly dirty. The whole restaurant wasn't very clean but to be fair they looked like they were very short staffed. In all out of a 13 dollar meal I ate a piece of sausage and pancakes because everything else wasn't so good.

Me and my son and granddaughter had a good Saturday. The young lady who made sure we were all right I thank you for her. She was on time win it came to order the food. And the food was on time and she came back to see if we need anything else. I love to see she care I do not see that to much.

Service was good and the food was even better! Too bad I noticed the happy hour menu after the fact lol but I’ll definitely order off of it next time as it has many great options for $3-6 bucks which is a STEAL. The only thing that could improve from my opinion is the playfulness of the staff that can be clearly seen through their open concept kitchen. But im sure it makes the day go by faster so I get it. Will return. Also I did notice steps were taken due to covid which was comforting.

Dined in this week Tuesday for lunch. The greeter and server were nice. Unfortunately our food was a major disappointment. My cousins eggs came out with a hair melted into the cheese. Our server was quick to get another order put in for us. The eggs came out with another hair in it. At this point his pancakes are cold and when we asked for a manager, she said she was going to "see what was going on in the back" but never returned. At this point we both lost our appetite . She had the server take off the eggs snd discount the cold pancakes he had by 20%. I had the banana pudding pancakes. My plate was dirty on the side,and the pudding was not creamy at all. Pasty and looked like it had been mixed with water and not milk. Terrible lasting impression for my visiting from out of town cousin and myself. Didn't take pics (which I normally would've )unfortunately.
