The service was slow, and the interior was really dirty. I don't think it's been cleaned in years. The food is your typical Burger King flavor. The whole building needs an update. The staff were friendly and helpful. For two persons, the bill was over $20, and I'm glad we only eat out during travel.

The outside was very nice as the build of the perimeter was modern in a way. The food was good and was hot. The wait in the line was slow but fast at the same time; just the right amount of slow. I recommend eating here if you're passing through the city.

This Burger King used to be a nice place to sit and eat. However, it has gone downhill. The bathroom was absolutely atrocious! It stunk to high heaven and I couldn't wait to get out of there. The smell indicated it had not been cleaned for some time. I didn't even use the bathroom, because it was that bad. Both of the toilets had urine all around them and on the seats. Neither one was flushed. There was also trash all over the bathroom floor. None of the tables in the play area were clean. I went up to ask for a wet rag, and it took several minutes for the young lady to come back with one, which led me to believe she didn't know where one was. In every restaurant there should be a sanitizer bucket readily available to employees. That's a health department violation. There were also several other dirty tables throughout the lobby. While the young lady was very friendly and apologetic, I should have never had to ask for a rag. They weren't busy enough to not clean the restaurant. There were employees standing around. Also, the entire floor of the restaurant was filthy, with dirt build-up in the corners. That's also indicative of not being cleaned for some time. There is no excuse for the filthiness of this restaurant. The way the lobby and the bathroom looked really makes me wonder how the kitchen looks. For that reason, I will not go back to this Burger King.

I have to say this is one of the best Burger King's I have ever been to. From the cashier, the young lady that prepared my food and the rest of the team. Keep up the great work.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went to use the automatic teller machine. Notice there was no mention of the 2 for 5.00 special. I look around the store and noticed there was no sign mention the deal either. So I had to cancel my order and go to the register and ask about the special. Why hide the fact that buger king is running a 2 for 5.00 special. Because they didn't want the customer to know about it. Bad business practiced. I only knew because of the last bugerking I went to. The food was fresh and good. But I got the wrong sandwich. But I didn't complain. I just took what the store thought I deserved and left. Cooperate needs to call them and ask why they are hiding the specials.

This is a new BK however it is not close to what you think of when you say “NEW” the drive thru is not set up there is no parking lot nothing for handicapped ppl to get in to the building. So while there is a new BK the parking lot is not finished in any way. Be safe!

I asked the cashier for a fresh chicken sandwich. But it wasn't. The young forgot to put it in as fresh. So I'm watching the chicken sandwich. The girl turned her back towards me. Then she took the sandwich around the corner. So I'm thinking I know it's not the same sandwich. I get in my vehicle. Yes the same sandwich they just heated it up. The bread was rinkly. It had definitely been heated up in the microwave.

10.01.2023 Stopped to use the ladies' room and grab a snack. Ordered the Spicey Chicken Snack wrap for 2.99. Over-priced but was delicious. Highly recommend. Clean ladies' room was nice to see for such a very busy spot. Right off of 10 and coming out of McClenny. Truck stop in the back and a new hotel being built behind that. Exxon station at this exit and a Cuban restaurant that needs to be visited.

We took our order to go. Quarter Pounder King is what we ordered and fries. They were both hot and delicious. My husband said the staff were not very knowledgeable but a supervisor was there to help

I was in the Drive-Thru and the kid preparing my bag ate one of my onion rings out of my onion ring container right in front of me at the window. The girl making the drinks had a zaxby cup sitti g where you fill BK sodas at smh.

We were traveling to go camping and stopped here for a quick before camping fill up. We haven't been since they did some remodeling, and it looks great and our food was sooo good. Fresh and hot!

I have yet to be able to have breakfast at this location. I come here every Sunday morning between 6:55am & 7:10am. Today I was there at 7:05 am. The website said it was open, there were employees inside yet the door was locked & the drive thru was blocked. Apparently you don't need any morning business. I'm done wasting gas to come here. There are other restaurants on the other side of the bridge. I would give zero stars if I could

This is probably the filthiest restaurant I've ever been to. Everything is visibly soiled. Having managed housekeeping previously, i can professionally tell you that this place is atrocious and there is no way they're ignorant of that. Not only that, but many of the employees are standing around in the dining area and parking lot playing games and yelling to each other, and the ones who aren't, look angry or depressed. A while ago, i saw a family walk up to the restaurant, look at it, and walk away without even opening the door. Whoever manages this place, and that person's higher-up, should both be canned. This place is absolutely disgusting, and i would pay money to see it on one of those TV shows where someone like Gordon Ramsay rips them a new one for being unhygienic. He'd have a field day with this place.
