Best deep tissue massage ever from Krysta. She is very detailed and very precise on whatever aches and pains I have that visit. Definitely worth the money with her. I can't wait until my next appointment.

I’ve had a massage envy membership for a little under a year. And I find it to be well worth the small expense. I’ve gone to the Solon and the Beachwood locations. I have never had a bad massage. My favorite in the Macedonia location is Shelby. She can do all pressures and has put me to sleep. Aaron is my favorite at the Beachwood location. I came in, barely able to walk. I suffered for over a week with lower back and sciatica issues. I don’t know what Aaron did - but it was great and I’ve been able to walk with no back pain for two weeks. I see him again tomorrow, so I am very hopeful that he can help keep me out of the chronic pain that I have been having.

The massage was not exactly what I wanted: pressure, or where I wanted the focus of the massage. The therapist was friendly however. The manager was more than accommodating. She is having me back to try another therapist and she didn't charge me for the massage. I will make sure to update after I go back. Also always make sure to ask for a clean blanket when you book your appointment at any Massage Envy. UPDATE: I went back a month later and had a different LMT. She helped me to fix the very uncomfortable pillows they have pregnant woman use. She offered to help me get on and off the table. Her pressure for the massage was great! Her name was Michelle. I would come back to see her. I'll change my rating to a 3 star to a 5 star.

My lady and I went in for a couples massage. Neither of us have had one before or been to a place like this so we can't compare it to another place but it was a definitely a super relaxing and professional experience. we'll go again sometime .

By and large, friendly and attentive. Staff suggests that you find your favorite providers, and form a relationship with them. Was much smoother, pre-Covid... But still is a good experience.

Booked a last minute couples massage and had a very easy time getting booked and doing the intake form. We had Shelby and Heather, both were fun and joked with us before hand. We were both happy with them. Would come back!
