Terrible Experience!!! The $99 x-ray and cleaning sign is a lure! Unfortunately, I did not check the previous reviews and scam warnings for potential customers!  Yes, I totally agree… This is a shady business ,Q and A is NOT transparent with their prices.  Lisa (Office Mgr) You don’t tell me what I will have done, and in what order, I am paying you! The tooth in question and price quote of $2,843 was suspect. Besides the pressure to purchase an  in-office membership discount plan (I did not ask for it!) When I confronted Lisa with the disastrous cleaning with Chris(your hygienist) -she literally drenched me with water constantly down my neck and back! I had NEVER had a cleaning done so terribly!!! Chris did not come across as being experienced!! Her aggressive handling of the tools chipped my rear molar. When I told Chris the tooth felt rough, she brushed off my concerns and ran out the office to another room. When I shared the poor cleaning experience with Lisa (office mgr), she did not seem to be surprised! Replying, would you like the doctor to look at it? Actually, he told me it’s a cavity and I had 3 cavities. Nope! I’m not giving you another dime and I don’t trust you! I returned to the office the following day to complete a medical record/x-ray release form.  Lisa (office mgr) refused to give me the paperwork to release MY paid in full x-rays and medical records!!!  I was told to do it online. Well, I’m standing in the office!!! After submitting a request online, the system rejected my request form. I HAD TO ASK THE NEW DENTIST TO REQUEST MY RECORDS!!!! Then (Lisa)tells them 48 hours. The staff at my *2nd opinion dentist office was totally appalled with Lisa’s response and attitude when they called. Very unprofessional and unethical. NOTE: My second opinion did NOT find the 2 extra cavities!!!!!He did NOT agree with the $2,843 root canal diagnosis.  The recommendations for that tooth cost me $96! Meanwhile, the chipped tooth will be replaced at the new office. BUYER BEWARE OF DISCOUNT OFFERS!  ALWAYS INVESTIGATE. THIS matter will be forwarded to the OHIO STATE DENTAL BOARD for their records! This experience was unacceptable and should not happen to anyone!

I absolutely love this location. My whole family just started going here and they are awesome! Great with kids and very welcoming. My daughter had some cavities they made the process smooth and she was comfortable the whole time. All the staff are friendly and inviting along with the dentist! Beyond 5 stars from my family.

Dr. Montgomery and his staff are professional, very knowledgeable, and caring. He has a state of the art facility and equipment. My front tooth broke off. I was expecting for it to take at least a couple weeks to get a crown put in. To my surprise, I arrived at noon and left 4 hours later with my new permanent crown installed. I experienced no pain throughout the process. I would highly recommend Dr. Montgomery and his staff!

Wonderful! I had the pleasure of visiting Q&A Dental Group this past week. There is no one more afraid of going to the Dentist than myself. After walking in the door and meeting this amazing group of professionals, those thoughts vanished. There is no need to put off having your teeth fixed any longer! Please, if you have any dental issues, give these folks a call. You'll be happy you did!

I had an emergency and was head out of town and old crown had fallen off an needed a Dentist fast and found Dr Montgomery and I was able to get a same day appointment the staff there was great I need more work and I am planning on returning. I had a Great. experience at this practice. just need a little time to get some funding in place I highly recommend this practice and will tell everyone that needs a new Dentist

They got me in same day for an emergency, were very professional and competent. Would recommend this place to anyone for any kind of tooth needs. Dr. Montgomery triple checked things during the operation, making me feel very much in capable hands. Excellent dental care.

My original review did not say anything. Just a simple one star rating because I was unsatisfied with the service I received. But a BUSINESS decided to leave a comment like the one below so I feel obligated to update this. The fact that my appointment was over a month ago is irrelevant because I STILL received services at your office. I came in for a severe tooth infection. This is a fact as the Dr told me the tooth was infected. He suggested a root canal. After the Dr diagnosed me he left and I did not see him again. The who I assume is the office manager came in with a treatment plan and how much the procedure would be. I decided to POLITELY decline services as I was not thrilled with the pricing. Paid the $99 exam fee and left. Good thing I declined services because every other dentist I called said I would need antibiotics to clear the raging infection. Needless to say I found a caring dentist who I happily gave my money to. The fact that a business is leaving comments like this on reviews and accusing their patients of wanting free services should tell you everything about this place!

So I visit this place in March due to breaking a tooth asked several times about them accepting my insurance of course they 1. Told me I didn’t need a root canal only a crown ( went elsewhere and I in fact needed a root canal plus antibiotics and a crown, had i let them fix my tooth I would have been out of luck) 2. The lady waits until AFTER MY APPOINTMENT to tell me my insurance was out of network and that was only because I questioned the 4,000 quote I was given when I pulled up my benefits page and I was told oh most people don’t care!! Um excuse me!! So I paid the copay and was told that would be it well I’d be dammed because these unprofessional people just texted me today instead of calling to say my account is PAST DUE and will be going to a garnishment agency tomorrow morning!!!! How about you stop ripping people off and learn how to communicate I never left a review initially because I found an adequate dentist and left this place be but months later they wana harass me via text when I reply they don’t have a word to say! Avoid them at all cost!! You may get harassed via text months after visiting them!

Today I had the most amazing experience at the dentist! Strange thing to say! All my adult life I hated going to the dentist. They either were not personable or aggressive when cleaning my teeth and always delivered bad news but today Dr. Montgomery has changed my opinion of Dentist. He was sooo personable, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and made sure I understood. The staff Lisa, Vicky and his hygienist (sorry I didn’t get her name) was AMAZING! I FINALLY found a dentist I feel comfortable with and look forward to coming back. If you are a scary cat like me Dr. Montgomery is the Dentist to see!

I had an awesome experience and I recommend Dr. Montgomery for everyone he was the best dentist I ever had. He also has a wonderful staff and they address all my concerns they made me feel comfortable.

First of all, everyone is so friendly. The office is very clean and comfortable. Dr Montgomery knows what he is doing and there is nothing “hidden”, everyone and every expense is right up front.

Very accomodating specially Liz. She answers all my question and she is very helpful . Definitely will recommend. Liza she is so nice and friendly as well as Dr. Montgomery. Highly recommended
