Redwood is a nice place to live . Since I moved in a couple mths ago I’ve gotten to know the staff . Lou and Hannah are always on top of things , if I put a work order in Lou wastes no time getting it done for me . Friendly and helpful . 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ 🌟

Nice development and safe. Staff very helpful and friendly. Pricing is to high for the area even with the extra amenities of single family living. The rent has reached high above condominium living that includes maintenance fees. Appliances are lower quality than most apartment complexes.

It's right at the highway. For that level of noise, it's way too expensive. There's no washer/dryer in a unit. They provide them for an additional fee. Also, their minimum deposit is $1000, which is way over everywhere else.

Lou does an outstanding job as our maintenance person. Always quick, responsive and thorough, we are lucky to have him.

Amazing! If your apartment hunting your search should stop here!! This is a perfect half way distance between Akron and Cleveland. The inside of the apartment is beautiful! Our apartment has brand new hard wood floors. The kitchen counters are a little outdated but clean nonetheless! Very spacious apartment. Bedrooms are very nice with clean carpeting. The best part is the garage!! Especially in these Cleveland winters it is going to come in handy. Lastly maintenance requests are performed in an extremely timely fashion.

We loved our time at Redwood so much that we decided to transfer to another neighborhood! The process was seamless and working with the leasing office staff was always a breeze! Joni was especially great. :)
