    Chick-fil-A never disappoints. My daughter (4) and I dinned in before 11 am. Dinning room with clean and quiet. We were able to get our order in quickly. We had a kids meal with milk and fruit cup and #1 Deluxe Chicken.

    I enjoyed a great 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜-𝐟𝐢𝐥-𝐀 lunch while on the road. I ordered the 3pc chicken 🍗 tender, waffle fries 🍟 and a vanilla milkshake. Didn’t take long to prepare and that milkshake was perfect 🤤. Pretty good eats!

    Excellent as Always. No matter how busy they are you get the food in 5-10 mins. Employees are friendly and welcoming. Love their Deluxe chicken sandwich with American cheese, chicken strips and more.

    The new expanded drive-thru lanes allow them to process customers much faster. Very friendly staff and food was served fresh. I also have never seen more loyal and dedicated employees than at chick fil a, down pour and they are out taking orders.

    Unfortunately the once five star service is really slipping, I'm not sure if it's due to lack of personnel but it is impossible to reach local restaurants when they screw up an order which is become the norm. Other fast food restaurants still have phones that ring into the restaurant in case you need to have a correction made however Chick-fil-A has opted to go to an 800 number for support and it's impossible to talk to someone at the restaurant location. Unfortunately due to decline in service I'm no longer eating at Chick-fil-A

    Different city, same great food. The service was super, as we've grown accustomed to. The food was exactly what was expected and delicious at that. Our only criticism was the restaurant was a little chilly. In all fairness, the weather was damp outside and I'm sure that added to the chilly atmosphere .

    Got charged twice for my food. First I paid the girl that took my order in the line (as always…), then went to the door for pickup and was told I hadn’t paid? Even though I did. The extremely rude lady at the door said no I hadn’t and told me that I was only charged 72 cents? What?? I explained that I had paid the other girl but she made me pay again before she’d give me my food… well I just looked at my card and I actually WAS charged the first time AND the second time. Did not appreciate the condescending staff member who acted like I was a complete idiot for no reason. Will be disputing the charge and not returning.

    Ordered take out in the drive line. 12. Grilled chicken nugs meal with salad and drink. They gave me the food. Happens i guess at times.

    I'm really annoyed by the fact that my fries are not full. This is not the first time it has happened. Aside from this, everything else was fine, which is why they're getting 2 stars instead of 1. If they fix it I'll revise this.

    This is a great Chick-fil-A! Always great food and service! Definitely friendly, polite, excellent staff! We have stoped from time to time when visiting family in area since they opened years ago. It is reliable. Sometimeswhen passing by, we even get off the turnpike to stop at it for food because it is a reliable and trustworthy location.

    Just left CF moments ago. I could not even wait until we left the line and parking lot to express my gratitude and appreciation for the high level of service my husband and I experience in the drive through line by the Manager (can not remember what his name was, but he was a slightly heavier built average dark haired white man) and the employees he had working with him on his shift (younger aged crew) had exceptional Guest Service too) I believe he is coaching them well! Thank you for all for an easy and happy close to our evening! Our food was hot and there was not 1 error in our food order! In todays riff/raff world, it seems as though everything is ego and hustle and bustle… it truly feels good and makes me happy to receive good service; not matter from where. 🙏🏾♥️🙌🏾♾

    A little messy for a tight ship Chick-fil-A. The employees are not really interested in helping others. It kinda felt like going to eat at Wendy's or something. But not as bad as McDonald's or anything. Just not on Par today.

    The other fast food restaurants in Macedonia should take note of how Chick-fil-A is run. This restaurant is amazing. It doesn't matter if the lines outside are a mile long. You will probably be in and out of there in 10 minutes, and your order will be correct! The food is so good, but even better are the employees who do such a fantastic job to serve you and get you on your way quickly. All the food is delicious, and if you want something other than their classic chicken sandwich, try a Cool Wrap. They're awesome! But do try something new-- it's all great! ***Breakfast service can be extremely SLOW

    It was a quick stop visit on our way home. The food was great as always and was served with a big smile on our table. They gave us fountain drinks without straws, had to make another trip to the register as they didn’t have an open drink station.

    Wonderful customer service! We had a lovely meal in a clean dining room. My husband accidentally threw away our sons milkshake and they replaced it for free. Thank you for a great experience!

    This particular Chick-fil-A is unlike the others I have been to. The line wasn't super long so we got in after my son's basketball game. We placed our order with the walk up attendant probably 4-6 minutes after arriving and was able to pull forward to where we were the 5th car in line at the pick up window. We sat there forever. No kidding 20 minutes. We finally get to the window where you can see bags of food lined up inside. The lady brings over our drinks in a carrier and they fall & spill onto the pavement-no one in particulars fault but the worker is visibly annoyed now. She tells us to pull up to a yellow marker and walks back inside to get new drinks but we really have to get going so my husband is trying to get her attention to find out how much longer or we just have to somehow cancel the order. Another worker alerts her to my husband who asks and that other worker says the food is right her and picks up one of the bags from the many in the pile/line of bags. We finally get our drinks and off we go. Our order is not correct and not hot, you can tell it was sitting there for a bit. No one except the order taker said My Pleasure like they usually do or even a You're Welcome to my husband's thank you as we were pulling away. Clearing they were struggling and their system was not working tonight. I honestly hate to complain but when spending the amount of money it costs to get fast food and knowing how other Chick-fil-A 's can get through a line twice as long, faster with no errors and a smile has me wondering where the breakdown in service was happening. We were late picking up our son from this extended wait and who knows how much longer it would have been if we had pulled to the marker instead of asking how much longer due to our time crunch. I get that people can have bad days and it's just food but when we messaged some other people to tell them we would be late, they said this particular store is notorious for being super slow. Wished we would have known, could have gone to a different place.

    The food is good. But it is a mad house in that place. Two lanes of drive-thru wrapped around the building at all times it seems. Inside is the same. I placed an online order to pick up and waited 36 minutes after arriving to get it, then I had to go back because they forgot a sandwich. Not a pleasant experience for me and my toddlers, who were starting to say their stomachs hurt while we were waiting for our food. This doesn't seem to happen anywhere but chic fil a for the drive-thrus around town. So, I'm not going to go there anymore because it is too much trouble and it certainly was not fast food. The food tasted good and the kids do like it, but it's not worth the trouble in my opinion.

    Today, my husband and I choose to go to the chick fil a in Macedonia. My problem is the placement of the menu sign, it’s positioned just before you pick up your order. If the drive thru is busy as it was today and you didn’t know the menu, you wouldn’t know what to order. Having gone before we knew what we were going to order. When we asked the young man taking our order he responded that just he could get us a menu, this is inconvenient to those in a long line. I will not be using the drive thru again, I’ll just go in, at least I will see what’s on the menu before someone ask to take my order.

    Waited in line for 35 minutes total for a simple drive thru order. Was told I can’t get a salad without cheese after 8pm…. This location has slowly gone down hill over the last few months.

    We were at chick fil a about four weeks ago. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and fries. We went home to have lunch fifteen minutes away from store. We were missing a sandwich which we charged. Called store to see if we just could get credit and I believe I was transferred to customer service. Rude. They indicated that I needed to go back to location or they would mail a coupon. We could not go back so they were going to mail coupon. Four weeks later no coupon. Service is always great. Customer service needs to get with it. Still I am out a chicken sandwich.

    Nautica was the rudest server we came across, and we placed our order. I did not get my Mac N Cheese. I haven't had to complain since the last time we waited for an hour and that was at the Solon Chick fil-A. location. I am very disappointed w/our service and also make sure that no one speaks to me in that manner. That was so very rude and disrespectful. Long story short, I am furious w/your service and w/how I was treated. There's supposed to be two macaroni and cheeses not one.

    I placed a order for a chicken sandwich extra pickles, as I went to place the condiments on the sandwich I seen there was nasty things all over the pickles and a human hair. I made a complaint Cause I wanted my money back. Without even seeing the photo the manager called and left me a message saying that sometimes pickles, they have have things that look like hair on it but not to worry it’s not a hair. So I’m just crazy and this is a pickle hair. What upsets me more then anything as the manager without even investigating, invalidates my concern immediately with an absurd conclusion. Being a human I can easily differentiate a human hair and pickle substance. I’ve also consumed food and pickles both together and separate so I can see what is normal and abnormal. I didn’t even get my money back or a meal. Frankly I’m not sure if I trust a free meal here after the dismissal of a serious cleanliness issue.

    I thought I was ordering ice cream for later. Put the ice dream cup in the freezer for later and when I took it out, it was frozen ice. Had to chop it up there was no creamy texture of ice cream. This was ice milk. Shame on you! Not happy!!!😡
