This is an outlet mall located right next to Kaihin Makuhari Station, a 1-minute walk from the sea side. It is rapidly expanding and now has a considerable number of stores. If you get tired, you can take a break at the cafe in the shopping center next door, and it's an easy mall to visit.

Close to the station. Parking is limited and can get quite crowded on weekends. If there were more restaurants, it would be 5 stars.

Outlet near the station. There are more stores in the suburbs and you can see a lot more, but in a sense it's easier to see because they're tightly packed together. I don't think there are any places where children who get tired of shopping will be left waiting to play. There doesn't seem to be any outlet stores for toy manufacturers. There is a restaurant in the building next door so you won't have to worry about where to eat.
