This place is like a pitstop which is situated on outskits of Tokyo, on the way to Mt. Fuji we had a quick stop there, there were lots of benches and table to sit and eat and there are some convenience stores as well... just okay for a quick stop.

It’s a rest area between Shizuoka and Yokohama, lots of choices, great food... It’s pretty hectic...

I came here to use the restroom and they were pretty clean. Lots of shops to grab a quick bite and buy quick gifts. The parking lot is big enough for cars and semi trucks. There are digital indicators showing whether the row is full or not. This makes it easy to find parking.

Nice location for a rest break. A lot of restaurants and clean toilets. A lot of parking for vehicles.

What fun! So much choice in food to eat onsite or to buy for later from fresh produce to food gifts and more. Lunch was excellent, fresh and made to order. And the loos were clean and tidy. Probably the best roadside service rest area I've ever visited 😁

Ebina service Station has almost everything needed to take the stress off a long drive. A huge variety of food spots to satisfy your hunger. Starbucks, bread stores, gift shops, food stands, and a second floor food court. Drink machines are also available. Machines on the first floor near the entrances will install a lid on your drink, you can actually see your drink being made inside the machines. The toilets are huge, very clean and comfortable. There are lights that direct you to empty stalls, you won't need to check the doors for vacancies. There are lights above each stall, just like a parking garage. If you sit down, the toilet will tell you which part of your body is tired. You can select just about any language with touchscreen control. (Impressive) I recommend stopping here to experience it, it's a good rest area. Most of the prices are high to include the ENEOS gas station. Most of the vendors are packed in and it makes walking around a little hectic. Can't comment on the Staff since most are private vendors. I did buy cheesecake and sweet potato tart from Baum on the second floor. The Staff was nice and the tarts were very good. Reason for 4 stars: The parking lot is not organized. Trucks and buses park in car spaces even though they have designated parking spots. There wasn't a ground crew to direct traffic. Handicap parking is too far from the entrance and is located near the outside smoking area. I felt sorry for the elderly couple that parked in one of the spots and were walking to the toilet. Inside the building needs more spacing between vendors in the middle area on the first floor. The second floor is great, but the men's toilet is very small. The prices in the gift shops and gas station are other reasons. Please check it out if you can.

for being a rest stop it is amazing, it is a mini shopping mall with the best public bathrooms I have ever seen!! As opposed to the rest stops in America, this is 100 times better

No vegan and vegetarian friendly at all. It's a great place with a lot of car park. Toilets and cafes and restaurants all available Any kind of food you want. Price is fair and ok It's pity not having no vegetarian and vegan options. Basically you can get whatever you want other than that

Totally love this rest stop. It has plenty of food to choose from & it is a wonderful place to buy Japanese products to bring home for friends. The prices are relatively reasonable as compared to the major cities. So, stock up on your gifts for friends here!

One of the best Rest Stops in Japan that I’ve been to and it’s always on the way or coming back from a road trip for me so I almost always stop here. Great selection of food and drinks and desserts plus shops and almost anything you can think of.

I took a bus and stopped at this place as a rest location. The place is really good. It has everything that you need on a 20 minutes stop. I was able to buy some food and water, go to the restroom, and walk a little but before continue with my long journey. The bathroom is really clean and has a lot of space, so it is really comfortable.

Tonkotsu Ramen at highway rest stop. Building is so huge and we went to enjoy various kinds of meals. I think this rest stop building is a kind of Food Counter. That was amazing. Sure, you can use GoTo Travel Coupon in this period. However, the other thing that is hard to get dining seats bcoz of enormous people.

So many options to chose from! First floor is food stalls, bathrooms, supermarket, bakery and Starbucks. Second floor has restaurants. Super busy, but lots of people going in and out.
