Very "Disrespectful" Doctor... 1. They force patients to buy the spectacles at the Hospital itself... 2. Staff over there are Doctor's (Pavan) own relatives. And the way they behave with patients is very very disrespectful and disguisting. 3. Suggested unnecessary "Cataract" operation to my in-laws and demanded to get operated on the spot. And wisely when my in-laws consulted Dr.Bhaskar Reddy in Machilipatnam, he very clearly mentioned that there is NO need to go for operation and surprisingly it was not at-all a Cataract issue. Now my in-laws are doing very good. 4. Consultation fee is very less but other things are very expensive... 5. Issue will not be resolved even for a normal eye sight checkup as they make you come to Hospital at the minimum 4 times... 6. Hospitality is worst... Many such incidents happened to me with this Doctor but I consoled myself as he is a Doctor and I'm his patient. BUT today I'm writing this post because I couldn't take the insult anymore...Poor people from Villages nearby Machilipatnam will easily get into his trap. Please think twice before you visit.... Waste of time and money...

Dr.Pavan kumar is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am satisfied with the consultation. But i truly didn't like the staff marketing the spectacles which are costly compared to other stores. I was forcefully convinced to take glasses. am not at all satisfied with the spectacle glasses i got which are bifocal. i am neither able to see nor able to read in system with bifocal glasses.

Worst Hospitality. Staff behaviour is very rude. Doctor prescribes unnecessary operations and staff force you to buy spects in Hospital itself. Though the consultation fee is 200/- you will end up coming out of Hospital atleast paying 2500/-. Don't go to this hospital. Doctor mother behaviour is rude behaviour in hospital

One of the worst hospitals I have ever visited. Commercial to the core. First they make the patients get panicked by saying that it's serious and to get the surgery done immediately. Then all their family members enter into the Business strategy. They compell the patients to buy the spectacles there itself which will be 4 or 5 times their actual market cost, make the patients to buy unnecessary drops and medicines for their profits. Very poor hospitality. They say that the BP is fluctuating during surgery and charge 1500/- excess for it. It happens for all the patients. Mr Doctor please don't name it as hospital. Instead register it as a Business firm. Please keep your Vision and Wallet in safe zone ...🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

My grandmother had surgery here, she was very much happy after the surgery, as she got clear vision. We as family also happy with the care taken by the doctor especially. Dr. Boost up the confidence level and he assured surgery will be 100% successful, now it was.

Dr Pavan garu is the best Opthalmologist I have ever met. Unlike many doctors he is not commercial, he only spoke facts and truth. I am very happy with my grandfathers retinal surgery.His vision drastically improved after laser surgery . The surgical fee was very minimal . All nursing staff were well trained and were very kind. Doctors in Shankar netralaya and Aravind scared us by telling about many possible complications as my grandfather is diabetic. But Dr Pavan sir is very empathetic and successfully treated my grandfather without any complications. I feel there is no need to rush to Hyderabad and Chennai for retinal surgeries when much more better expertise is there in our own town .
