Absolutely
appalling
food
service,
meal
and
customer
service.
I
went
for
dinner
with
friends
and
after
being
told
not
once,
not
twice
but
three
times
that
what
I
ordered
was
not
available,
I
settled
for
a
crumbed
steak
and
calamari
topper.
After
an
argument
about
a
$6
difference
on
a
meal
that
wasn't
even
available,
we
then
had
to
use
my
card
to
settle
the
$1.50
difference.
The
duty
manager
was
arguing
it
was
$1
and
I
couldn't
be
bothered
with
the
uneccesary
drama
this
woman
was
carrying
on
with.
When
our
meals
finally
arrived
I
had
no
topper,
my
sides
were
wrong,
my
sauce
was
missing
and
my
husbands
ribs
had
a
pitiful
amount
of
meat.
I
eventually
got
my
correct
order
(still
no
topper),
however,
my
steak
was
about
as
thick
as
a
piece
of
shaved
ham.
To
top
it
off
they
took
my
husbands
CORRECT
meal
back
as
well
and
changed
his
sides
so
he
now
had
an
incorrect
meal.
By
this
time
our
friends
and
family
had
all
finished
their
meals,
the
waitress
was
fried
and
the
duty
manager
had
the
worst
attitude
and
was
rude
and
of
little
help.
She
eventually
chased
up
my
topper,
too
little
too
late.
We
left
severly
unsatisfied,
quite
disgruntled,
still
hungry
and
with
a
$50
voucher
that
we
can
only
use
at
this
venue!
A
couple
of
hours
later,
a
ruined
night
out
with
friends,
a
massive
debacle
and
horrible
service;
needless
to
say
we
will
not
be
going
back.
Absolutely
disgraceful!
