One star is generous really want led to give no star rating. My delivery order was placed at 5:42pm today. It didn't arrive until just after 7pm. After ringing the store twice. When pizzas arrived they were barely warm. I will not be ordering from here again. Makes me wonder if this message will be seen.

The only reason 3 ⭐⭐⭐ is because of the extra wait. Gotta say they make a good pizza here. The surf n turf I had was bang on and the BBQ chicken was ⭐⭐⭐ outa 5 so not to bad. Only one sign about ⚕️Covid and a bottle of sanitizer 💦 on the bench. I timed a person's order of the counter from payment to pickup 20 mins.⌚ I ordered mine online with a pick up time of 7:15pm. I left just on 8pm with my order. ❌It appears Pizza Huts online ordering system fails when a topping is out of stock. 📳Communicating the problem with the customer prior to pick up is an issue. ✨This outlet was very clean and I noted their team worked efficiently when recieving new orders. I counted a number of deliveries leaving as well. Very efficient also. 🛵 I will come again if it's an option when 3 Cheese Pizza across the road is closed again.

Ordered pizzas to be delivered at 6pm told 50 minutes Called at 7.26 pm and told another 40 minutes - Not happy 😡😡😡😡😡😡DO NOT OVER PROMISE!!!!!

I’ve been waiting over 30 mins for my wings and some cans of coke, and I rang the store and they were rude and said it wasn’t there fault. I understand there is probably a lot of people ordering but they didn’t have to be rude.

Before two months ago we order! (Pizza )on that time they didn’t keep any sauce we call to the store they ans easily talk like it mistakes we adjusted on it and we excuse on it . 17/3/2022 it was really really discussing we order for 5 chicken pizza but it was not chicken a lot on it, it was only with Pineapple 😡😡 we call them a lot waiting all time after they receive the call, they act like it is wrog number

Absolutely shocking experience from Pizza hut tonight. Pepperoni pizza is so greasy I literally could have used all the grease to cook a meal with I mean how dare the company do this, I will never be back

I ordered 2 pizza yesterday. One was large super supreme which was overcooked and burned and another was chicken supreme in which the topping looked as if it was added later and it was just dumped in the centre of the pizza and was raw. I usually order from here and don't complain for small mistakes but this time it was worst both of the pizza tasted bad. Very disappointing.

Pizzas are pretty bland and boring. Usually a pizza the next day is something to look forward to, but Pizza Hut pizzas resemble cardboard once they hit the fridge. Plus the surly lady taking orders was on her mobile phone for ages instead of serving customers.

Worse pizza shop in Mackay staff and management should be ashamed of the food they send out to customers we spent $120 we got absolutely terrible food hardly any toppings on our pizzas under cooked wings food was not up the standard that pizza hut is known for you don't last as long as they have with out certain standards head office needs to check on there stores standards to make sure that customers are getting what they are paying for .

Lunchtime meal deal, food was good long wait...to many uber eats etc orders seem to get priority...

Worst customer service i have ever seen. The lady in the store is very arrogant and rude. Please teach her some customer service skills.

I make an online order for two pizzas, it takes 2 hrs I tried to call them 3 times they couldn’t connect me to the store finally I got the cold pizza after waiting for 2 hrs such a terrible experience.

It is a quick in and out pizza place. But great value and better taste than D's

Worst pizza shop in Mackay the staff are rude and racist. Went into the shop and to collect an order for menulog and the lady behind the counter first ignored me then when she finally came over I told her that I was with menulog and I’m here to collect the order, I then gave her the code she then asked for the name which is fair but then asked where the customer lives which was a red flag but I told her she then refused to give me the order because I looked “untrustworthy” after going back and forth with her for 5-10mins I got the order. Once I got to the customers house the order was cold I explained and thankfully the customer understood what had happen. This shouldn’t have happened and I am beyond angry if I were that lady’s management she would be looking for work elsewhere.

If I could share a minus 10 I would. Rude staff, lied about lead time to get the order. Total did not give a s#it attitude after the manager took my money. Worst experience at a pizza hut ever. Will never be back to any pizza hut. Done over it!!!

Took over an hour to deliver my order after being advised it would be 30 minutes No phone call in the interim to let me know it was late By the time it got to me I was so wild, I told them to take it back to the store as I didn't want it

The online phone ordering system is a complete disaster! I phoned the only number to get the store in Wynnum in Brisbane twice and the first guy actually took my order! Lucky I rang back because I'd be waiting all night for nothing! 😡

Staff very busy. Not able to locate our dinner. Had to wait 15 mins after mobile notification to advise that our meal was ready. Pasta though was really good.

Took a long while to get 2 pizzas and it wasnt a busy nite, to get home to find out they were the wrong pizzas, pasta was dry!
