Horrible customer service, managers was rude employees don’t know what there doing and are also rude , I went through the drive through and they got my order wrong then when I had too get out of my car defeating the point of going through the drive in the first place and went inside they would not correct my order and actually still got my order wrong again so I left fed up and cheated PLUS they can’t even make a cheese burger correctly it’s all off center and one pickle? Seriously I can do better, this is from not caring about your job or your customers.

We were doing dine tonight well before closing time. We arrived around 7:45 pm. I ordered my food on the kiosk around 7:56 pm. I did not receive my food until around 40 minutes later. The manager wanted to close the dining room early, and locked us & a few other customers inside. We also observed a few different arguments as well as unprofessionalism from everyone working there. Finally, they gave me an apple pie which expired at 4:40 this afternoon and was sitting on a counter under the computers for who knows how long. We will not be returning to this location and I strongly recommend other people do not come to this location either.

The girl at the drive-in window didn't even speak to me I wasn't thanked, I wasn't given napkins. I wasn't asked if I needed anything else. Just open the window and shove the food at me. It wasn't even hot or made correctly which is something that is normal for this restaurant

We went into this McDonald’s at about 7:45 pm, ordered, and waited 40 minutes for our food. During this time, the manager on duty locked all doors so no customers could come in, but also locking customers into the store, which breaks fire codes and is illegal. Upon getting our food, my wife was served an apple pie with an expiration time of 4:40, and had been sitting out for god knows how long. We will not be returning to this location any time soon, and do not recommend potential customers do the same. The complete lack of professionalism from the staff, the long wait time with very little traffic, and the locking us in made for a very unpleasant experience.

The drive thru is ridiculously bad. The employees seem stoned, the line moves at a glacial pace, they randomly change which window they accept payment at, and can't get orders right. The employees will literally confirm your order in the speaker and the window, look in the bag, and then still hand you the wrong food and drinks.

Food was cold even though they were busy. What little tables they had employees had taken them over or had something sitting on them so you couldn't sit there.... decorations. One table had an employee at it asleep with a heater sitting on the table. Another table had a heater sitting on it running. So you didn't know if you should sit there or not. But when someone did you could tell they knew an employee because she came out with a book reading to a child. Even through all this employees were nice though.

I have visited this place and am disappointed at the amount of eggs shells cooked in the eggs. I would love to enjoy my breakfast sandwich without crunching on eggs shells midways through my sandwich. Retrain and let's do better.

They don't greet with a smile or a cheer. Not fast food. It's pull up food or your wait is about 15 to 20 min per car in drive thru. Food is cold

It’s rare that I give 5 stars to a fast food restaurant but this location deserves it. The lady working the drive thru was the friendliest person I have spoken to in today! She was pleasant, happy, and got every part of my order correct without asking for anything to be repeated showing she was truly paying attention. The food was hot and fresh too. Kudos to this location.

Tables were dirty. Food was hard and looked over cooked. When requested extra of an item on a sandwich it was left off.

No one greeted me or acknowledged my presence entering the establishment. Just like so many other McDonald's, they expect you to submit your order thru the kiosk. Food was sub-par, fries were luke-warm. What really got under my skin was I stepped outside for a moment and came back in to refill my drink and was told I couldn't. I could understand if I left completely and came back but I stepped outside for less than a few minutes. I spent $12 there and wanted to top off my drink. Pretty sure the sodas have the highest profit margins; Costs less than $0.20 for them for soda yet they charge 800%. Men's sink was also out of order. Employees smoking outside. Ghetto. I wasn't "loving it."

Employees were laughing and joking among themselves and not really attentive to me as a customer. Restaurant appeared messy and unclean. Atmosphere was uncomfortable. I would not return to this McDonald's.

The eggs had black particles in them and when I showed them, they said they would re cook. They did not. They tried to re cook the same eggs and smashed them together it seems. They looked worse than before.

I think this mcdonalds is run by supernatural beings because they are afraid of salt. No salt on anything. Even if you beg for salt. They do a great job otherwise

I was there to purchase 6 coffees for my out of state elder guest. I was not allowed they wanted all coffee drinkers present. Not cool at all.

The food always takes a while and the workers seem to be angry all the time. I can't blame them, because the management seems severely disorganized. Personally, I'd skip this one and choose the one on bass road.

This location was very efficient when I visited. There was no nonsense and no lollygagging. Kudos to the staff who gave me my iced coffee. I forgot to ask for sugar, but that's on me.

Was specific about what I wanted then asked at window for them to go verify it was done correctly. Told me yes it was. Got to pick up window and WOW NOT ONLY WAS IT NOT DONE AS ASKED BUT THEY PUT CHOCLATE FRAPPE TOPPING ON IT INSTEAD OF HOT FUDGE ON MY HOT FUDGE SUNDAY. Then just the overall bad attitude at the window because I've asked someone to do more than take my payment.
