I
have
to
be
honest
the
Dentist
was
the
best
dentist
I
have
ever
been
too.
I
had
a
fear
of
the
dentist
do
to
bad
experience
before.
My
daughter
and
I
have
had
work
done
over
the
years....
I
used
my
insurance
for
each
visit
and
communicated
with
office
staff
each
time
I
was
there.
Anyway
recently
I
had
horrible
pain
and
needed
to
see
the
dentist.
Well
once
I
called
them
the
front
office
advised
me
that
that
had
supposedly
been
trying
to
contact
me
because
insurance
left
balance
and
which
I
advised
that
my
husband
was
military
and
we
had
briefly
left
the
country!
Well
the
balance
was
under
$12
I
asked
if
I
could
go
ahead
and
make
a
payment...well
I
was
told
that
i
could
make
the
payment
but
could
never
come
to
the
office
again
me
or
my
daughter
because
$12
had
went
to
collections!🤔😠
I
was
told
that
they
tried
contacting
me
for
years
I
advised
the
rep.
That
I
had
a
another
number,
another
home
and
nothing
was
showing
on
my
credit
report
from
signature
nore
did
the
insurance
company
advise
me
that
there
was
a
balance
owed
from
the
visit
which
my
bills
always
shows.
So
the
sad
thing
about
this
is
I
have
yet
to
find
a
dentist
that
I
actually
feels
comfortable
with
since
this
one!
But
the
finance
person/csr
is
horrible
😕
and
has
absolutely
no
compassion
she
acted
as
if
I
was
trying
to
stiff
them
for
thousands
of
dollars!!!
I
felt
insulted
and
plan
stupid
for
spending
my
money
there
.
Personally
I
know
she
stated
it
was
policy
but
I
feel
if
I
looked
differently
the
call
would
have
been
handled
differently!!!!!!!
Because
$12
