Date of visit: 01/21/2022 I stopped in for a Coke and to use the restroom The men's bathroom needed to be cleaned, as well as the floors in the restaurant. The outside was littered with cigarette butts, a few pieces of trash. The individual taking my order was nice. My drink arrived as ordered.

I only go to the drive thru when I go here but the ease of getting my food was great. I never have any problems with my order. I don't really go in because it's always crowed and seems a bit unorganized. But the staff was friendly nonetheless. It's just my personal preference to go to drive thru cause I get my food faster. Revision; I finally decided togo back and dine in. It was very neat and clean.. Received food fast.

Edit 8.24.23 @10am Employees were very rude. The young lady who took my order had a nasty attitude when I asked her to repeat my order. I only asked her to repeat it because she was speaking too fast. I'm glad I did, because she got the order wrong. Then tried to gettin mad at me once I corrected her. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or what. Either way, it's unprofessional and very unlikely I will be eating here again.

I arrived at this location around opening time (6am) there are two cars ahead of me. The car at the speak has yet to be able to place and order or speak to some one and it is now 6:30am. I am stuck in the line infront of two or more vehicle because I placed my order is the mobile app and as you know you can’t request a refund via the app. There is one employee out sweeping the parking lot and another inside on her phone. The dinning area is locked. Now at 6:34 they are finally advising they won’t be open for another 20 mins. I hate coming to this location they are alway out of something and don’t update it on the mobile app so you’re not informed until they have already taken your money and you reach the 2nd window. The employee are uninformed and very rude. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house and I rarely purchase here I typically drive further and go to Harrison road.

White guy standing at the door and employees looking at him but refusing to open. Hours of operation say they open at 6am. He was standing there at 6:30. White guy goes back to his vehicle and a few seconds later, a black man walks up to the door, employees open for him. The white guy inside then comes out and tells the other white guy that he can come in too and apologizes for not opening sooner

Long wait. Almost 20 minutes while they counted their cash drawer. Charged surcharge and I didn't use dinnig room or bathroom. Then told me they were out of tea. Wont go back.

Service was super slow. It took nearly 15 minutes for me to get my meal at the drive thru. Employee was nasty looking and barely said 2 words to me.

Basic...basically. They're...consistent, sigh,kinda boring, actually. The tables weren't clean though. But that's okay, it's unsurprisingly common.
