This Zaxby's on Hartley Bridge Road is a lovely place to get together and eat delicious food. The food is great and well cooked. The staff is very friendly. This Zaxby's is well maintained and clean. I highly recommend stopping here to eat off the interstate while on a trip. The meal I recommend the most is the Kickin Chicken sandwich, high value and great taste.

My food was absolutely delicious at this particular Zaxby's, everything was hot and not room temperature the chicken had so much favor. Good job.

I don't know why anyone wouldn't like Zaxby's but if you're looking for a quick snack this is the place. Cajun Club sandwich is full of flavor to hit the spot!

Bathroom was by far the cleanest part. Food was hot, not sure when they stopped using the fry seasoning....had to go back and ask for some. After we ordered and sat down we were iffy about eating there because of how nasty the place was. Trash and tables dirty. Ice piled high. Counteracts so sticky.... wouldn't recommend stopping at this one.

YUM! Visited heading south! Easy access in & out. Walked in & ordered food which was prepared super quick! Food was fresh! Coleslaw was good (small portion is fairly small). Blackened chicken sandwich is so good! I suggest using the Zaxby’s app for rewards! Lobby was closed due to pandemic.

This is hands down THE WORST zaxbys I’ve ever ordered from. We got delivery 2 days in a row and the first time they gave us something completely wrong which costs $20 when we spend over $40 the second night we were missing 2 whole meals. Do not recommend this Zaxbys. If possible I would recommend getting delivery from a different zaxbys

i am very unpleased with service i had today, i have given this place a chance time after time, I thought maybe they were having a bad day of something. but every single time i go there its always an issue with my food. zaxbys pays these people to do this job. but they employees cant even do the job they are paid for

This is the second time I chose to eat at this location, and it's safe to say it will be the last. The food was not fresh at all. A simple chicken sandwich on texas toast. The chicken was luke warm, the texas toast was not toasted, and the sauce was poured on like gravy. My mom got the white cheddar bites, and they were awful. They were like cold mozzarella sticks. What a waste of money.
