I have to say that when ever I go for an appointment it’s always a pleasant experience. I never wait long to be seen. The staff is friendly and caring. My PA Crystal spends time to listen and help me through health issues, keeps me updated on vaccinations and medications. Shows a genuine love of medicine and care of her patient. And while no one likes needles, their lab staff is skilled for a pain free experience. I have been going to this practice since they opened and they remain my practice of choice here in Macon. Excellent service, exceptional care, and great concern for me, the patient. A++

Dr. J. Patel and the staff are awesome to me and my mom. They are very, kind, caring and concerned about their patients. No long wait times and always return your calls quickly. Great, kind and caring atmosphere in the office also. Finally, we have found a great, kind and caring healthcare provider!

I enjoyed my visit at Southern primary care. I love Crystal Bales and her personality. She is always ready to listen to any questions or concerns that you may have. And tries to find the best care and update you on the latest technology. Oh the office is really clean and staff is great 👍

I was very pleased with the care I received yesterday and each time I have seen my caregiver. She ask all of the pertinent questions and answer all of mine and make very good recommendations. She also attends to any problem I mention. I wish to continue to see her.

I love Dr Patel, NP Shaw & staff. They always make my visit pleasant. They are respectful and thorough. I'm literally in and out. I love how I'm able to check-in and make co-pay online. They've helped me drop 13lbs in 3 months. It's not much but it's a steady and managed weight loss. My bp is so much better.

They don’t answer the phone. They don’t call back with lab results. I’ve been waiting for a simple lab result for the last 2 months. I finally get a call about it and now they won’t answer the phone to talk about it. They do this every time. The clinic is full of so many people but no one wants to answer the phone. The providers are great, the staff is incompetent. I’d advise anywhere else. The clean facility does not make up for the lack of service.

I enjoyed my Dr. visit because Dr. Patel has a wonderful staff that works along beside him and I love how that treat me as I was a part family and team. They deserved 5tars and more. Keep up the great Customer Service Mrs. Grayer

Was very anxious during my appointment, but Crystal Bales is always kind, listens, and explains things calmly and understandably. Great attitude and puts you at ease. The staff are also kind and it is a peaceful environment.
