First off when we got there, they didnt even have the room we booked because it was "outdated" even though it was still on the website. The room they gave us was okay but hardly clean. The free breakfast wasnt even worth it, nothing was restocked the waffles and syrup tasted like garbage. And the only other 2 options were little debbies and stale cereal. If your looking for a hotel in this area just dont come here.

If I could rate 0 I WOULD! I went to reserve a room today for a homeless mother with her 3 teenager. After checking in a man came and say we were on the "Do Not Rent List!" I've NEVER stayed here a day in my life! It's sad the fabricated lies people tell to refuse service to people who need it! I ZERO RECOMMEND!!!!

Location was convenient right off of the interstate. We arrived in the early morning around 2 am. Although it was late, the clerk could've been a little more friendly not as sloth-like. We entered our room & it felt like walking into a sauna which was unfortunate. Breakfast was not nearly what we expected. Juice was complete unavailable, cereal was stale, just all around not very good in our whole group's opinion. Upon checking out around 830 am, with the same clerk who checked us in, I had to wait so he could go & physically check our room in order to give me back our deposit before we could leave. I would definitely recommend they get more staff & considering ot cutting corners on certain things.

This place is an absolute dump do not go here! The bedspreads were dirty, the paint is chipped and peeling, the bathtub was filthy, the AC was loud, and there were critters! They advertise rooms with Jacuzzis that they no longer have but still charge full price for, and I had to threaten to call the police before they would give me my deposit back! I wish I could give this place zero stars, I will never stay here again under no circumstances!!!

I reserved the room two days prior. The day of they tell me they no longer have my room and instead of a king they have a 2 queen. While in the room we found the room was roach infested. We killed 10 roaches while in the room. Unacceptable!

This has to be the worst hotel in Ga. When we opened the door to our room, a couple was laying in bed. The second had only one bed and the water nozzle fell off in the 3rd room. We stayed in 3rd for the night because it was already late. What are reservations for??? So the next morning we demanded another room to at least take a shower and that bathroom was filthy... The towels were stained. That's why you travel with your own towels. The breakfast was better fitted for the trash. Customer service is extremely poor. If you're thinking about staying there, think again and choose another place

This motel has gone downhill in the last two years!!! First we were assigned a room that was not made. After being assigned another room and after unpacking, we realized the WIFI was not working and did not work the entire night we were there. We were not offered any compensation other then told we could have left and searched for another hotel at 11:00 PM We were also very disappointed with the shower. I stayed at this motel many times before but will not be returning. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Clean, newly renovated, and affordable rooms. Handicap accessible and staff willing to book rooms next to each other. Microwave, mini fridge , and usb / outlet charging night stands. WiFi available, but a little slow.

Hotel was great. The location is a bit seedy but that is not your fault. The only issue with the hotel is the rooms were renovated they did not install pressure balancing faucets so the water temp was all over the place as other guests flushed toilets.

Unbelievable what a horrible situation in mon existent customer service. I was told upon arrival that I was unable to wait in the completely vacant lobby despite the 90 degree temperature outside. To add insult to injury the desk staff Jennifer said she was unable to process the reservation due to “an overbooked “ issue. And then her Brown skinned poker faced un accommodating co worker basically turned us away. Don’t waste your time or money.

Booked this hotel for a night and for $69.72 it didn't excellent in any area. All point was disappointing The whole room was poor quality. The commote didn't flush thoroughly. The shower tiles had black mold in crevices. The mirror on the bathroom door was absolutely filthy. The top blankets on both beds was filthy. The bed sheets had cigarette burns that had become holes. The pictures on the wall had stains on them. The walls had a dirty film all over them. The curtains had large stains on them. The light shades were old and worn. The door security latch was not lined up. I could go on and on but needless to say I will never be coming back to this hotel again. Just over all a dumpster dive, very poor quality hotel and not worth the savings pay the extra $40 to stay in a clean, security hotel room versus staying here in this hotel.

Room was very clean and no issues with Artemis or Brutus.. Could stay while towing however just get there early for enough space to park.. Free breakfast is always a good thing.. That is if you like the staff watching over you just to make sure you don't take YOUR food back to YOUR Room.. we will not be making a return visit to this establishment. Don't need anyone telling me that I'm not aloud to bring food into my room that I pay for.

Rooms were OK but not extremely clean. There were people smoking drugs in the parking lot and shady characters wondering around. Breakfast was not very good.

I paid for room nights, and called in advance to see if the pool was open. They said yes on the phone. When i got here, they then said that the pool was closed for a month. Got to my room, and the tv worked half of the time, the phone didnt have a dial tone, and the free internet provided doesnt work at all. They didnt even give a military discount. I would recommend going anywhere but here. Generalization of my experience. Pros: clean room Room AC works well Close to other stores and outlets. My room was in front of the pool Cons: Got a smoke free room, and it smelled of smoke They lied about having an open pool They didnt give a military discount They dont have working free internet The tv reception comes in and out The refrigerator does not work at all, i even adjusted the knob The bathroom was not clean They left an almost empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom Recommendation: go somewhere else.

We stopped here due to it being pet friendly and showing a better price online. The place is not clean. I killed at least 3 roaches in the room alone. The room smelt like urine, and you could clearly see it was just pushed around with a mop. If you do decide to stay here, I highly recommend wearing at least flipflops in the room. The beds looked decent enough for one night, but that doesn't change my recommendation of staying somewhere else. The included breakfast was barely available either... not sure I would've dared try it if it was to be honest.

Front desk clerk was nice, room was clean. Bed wasn't made and everywhere smelled like Marijuana and several people walking around talking loudly.

If I could give this place negative stars I would, don’t stay here. We checked in and there were cockroaches in the bedside tables. Checked out immediately. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Our room was on the side facing I-75 so was noisy. Also killed 2 baby roaches in room. Bathroom needs updating.

$96 a night and the completely rude front desk attendant literally screamed at my fiance and I, that we "cld not take any of the provided breakfast food out of that area, to our paid for hotel room!!".. which apparently included our half eaten, left-over waffles-that we were just going to take to our room to finish eating alone in private. She cld have approached the issue in a much less rude and loud manner by simply asking to speak with us for a moment and quietly informing us of said rule... Smh. She made it out (in front of other guests!!) as if we were just stealing their food or something crazy like that. I will NEVER stay here again. The same attentendant I've just mentioned has had nothing short of an absolutely TERRIBLE attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME I've had the displeasure of interacting with her!!! So much for s"complimentary" breakfast!!!

Bed was comfortable sheets were new blankets had holes funny smell in room alot of work going on woke up to what sounded like hammering had a late checkout housekeeping came banging on my door nonstop a hr early didn't even give me time to get up and open the door continued banging I don't understand what the 20.00 deposit was for when the room already smelled bad they said it was in case I smoked in the room. Other then that staff was ok I slept well minus the morning remodeling they were doing I might come back. Alot of shady looking people walking around as well but I'm from Chicago so it really didn't bother me as long as they left me alone. Oh and the shower had hair in it I could understand a little piece of hair that could be missed but it was 2 very long visible piece's they have on demand but nothing on there was free to watch

Look, this place is simply disgusting! 🤢 Trust me, I wasn’t looking for the Hilton, but Trip Advisor RATED THIS PLACE AT 4 stars!!!!! The only reason I even rented rooms at this place is because they advertised smoking rooms. I have several family members that smoke, so I was considering them on this trip and booked the rooms on Jul 15, 2022. On Jul 29, 2022, while enroute to this place to start our vacation, I received a phone call from the front desk and learned that they no longer offered smoking rooms and I could cancel. We were willing to stay with this new information, but once we arrived, I will NEVER stay at a Super 8 again. The rooms had a smell and looked like they need remodeling. DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE ONLINE PHOTOS!!!!

Glad I didn’t get any of the rooms other’s have complained about. Got in at 2 pm and check in was easy price was $72 including taxes which was quoted when I booked it. The room was very clean and modern with laminate flooring. It had all the amenities as described on the internet. Our room was right next to the hotel laundry and maintenance room but that wasn’t an issue. Air conditioner works great and mini fridge got cold after we turned it on. It’s not the Ritz but it was great for my budget.

Filthy rooms. The non smoking rooms smelled of cigarettes. The sheets in our room were not even cleaned. There was almost nothing to eat a breakfast. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Left my credit card in room. Called front desk since we were already on road in Atlanta. Front desk said manager would be in and call around 11 a.m. called again at 1 p.m. and same front desk said manager in at 3 p.m. and would call. Called again at 4 p.m. since no manager call. Manager said she was not aware of any call but she did have card. If we send label, she would send it since we were in TN now. FEDEX can email labels but not box. Have been in contact with manager and she is going to FEDEX my card tomorrow. Staff have been very helpful.

Added a $20.00 fee to nightly rate and said it would be refunded in 3-5days upon departure. 4 months later I have not received the refund. Called to ask why no refund - got a sorry with no reason for it not happening. Be sure to check your credit card - they most likely do not do it expecting most people to never follow up later on their credit card. Better yet - go somewhere else more trust worthy.

It was $136 after all fees on a Friday night. We checked in late on a Friday night. The room was not clean. Carpet is stained and not vacuumed. Toilet was dirty. We were willing to let it slide as it was late and we were passing through one night. Went into the bathroom and the toilet was running and would not fill or flush. The toilet was unusable. It appeared the flapper was completely worn out and this should have been fixed before the room was rented. Tired to call the front desk and the phone in the room does not work. I had to call from my cell phone. The maintenance was out for the night, the hotel was fully booked, and there was nothing they could do with a dirty room and useable toilet. We asked for a refund, which they did give, and went just up the road to the Best Western were the room was very clean and $30 cheaper! Absolutely do not recommend.
