Poor Service. I have been to this place more than 20 times. Most of the times your order will be prepared late. I feel taste is also not the same as compared to KFC big cities. Staff is doing their job best but management need to make things available and also since last one year ac is not working. management was not taking responsibility

I've ordered a Wednesday bucket. I'll be sufficient for 2 people. The menu order will be the same in all of Francis. But the Billing person who is working there, can't even know how many pieces will get for the Wednesday bucket. And his Build up like he is great And saying that he have travelled in many cities. Worst service. And the atmosphere is not good and not bad. It's a kind of smell that has no freshener no perfect A/C.

if u like to have it in the store its too hot and today smoke is covered entire the store(this came from kitchen) and AC is not working(its been long time same condition with Ac There is no update) its totally worst experience when compare to other KFC totally different owner need to take care of this If u want to order they are suggesting order from online then only u will get the order (if i want to order from the online then what is the use of having the thats a huge store in offline) even order taking lot of time to serve i waited for 30 mins for the order too bad experience

I've been here 2,3 times but the taste here is not good. After the 1st time I thought I ordered the wrong item but the second time it tasted the same. Can try once.

It is Located in SS MALL ground floor chicken Chizza tastes good But it should be improved in terms of making as while eating chicken chicken and its coating is getting separated due to cheese topping.

From past few months I have been going to KFC proddatur all the time AC in the restaurant is not working. I don't know the reason. Either restaurant not switching on AC or problem with AC . If there is a problem with AC the restaurant operators haven't taken care of that . All the times I was dinning in there it wasn't pleasant for me .

Worst billing maintenance where the cashier changes words as per his means and even the manager changes his words as per his means. Dips are added in existing order and they added extra by there means and changing the words those are not inclusive and other words

No. 1 worst. ordered 3 items but given 2 items only. Service worst no proper items given. I said chicken Burger but service girl said Chizza good item i think chizza like burger but variate worst worst.. Not satisfied not worth of Rs. 800/-

Service is very bad. They always try to con us by manipulating the order so that customers dont get best deals. I suggest any other place than this kfc. Seriously.. dont go..

Yak!!! Chicken and also chapathi that they use for chicken roll aren’t fresh at all. Chefs in here are ruining its name. 400/- along with tasteless chicken is wasted. KFC in proddatur bacame worst in its quality. Good Bye KFC Proddatur🙏!!! Also tried sitting in there twice but the ambiance smelling like hell.

We know everyone KFC food taste it's very good and maintain very hignec, but every one not maintaining good response but , today I'm visiting ,,( proddutur) town KFC it was fantastic response especially they are maintained good smile ☺️☺️

The airconditioner never works here... n service is not on par, they delay taking orders

Fried chicken pieces were dripping low quality bad smelling oil. Horrible taste. Doesn't taste like KFC recipe.

Decent place but food is not as expected

if you dont have a certain item, then dont charge money for that! i ordered through online 1 peri peri strips, 1 burger and 1 dynamite spicy sauce. they charged for everything but i didnt got the sauce. when i enquired with delivery man, he said that they were out of stock and will give next time if i call him, instead of returning my money that day. the next time, he either doesnt pick the call or someone else picks it and doesnt respond properly!

No cleanness, Wrong Display Prices, Adding dips without informing.
