I have travelled recently to Ayoddha Pahar, Purulia 13th - 15th August 2022 1. Hospitality - Behavior of owner of this travel company and support stuffs are very good 2. Hotel arrangement - Very good, as per the location and other hotels 3. Transportation - Driver and condition of car - Very good 4. Food Quality - Very good 5. Punctuality - Very poor 6. Tour planning - Very poor 7. Time management - Very poor Which spot tourist should visit at what time (morning or afternoon) with sufficient time to feel the nature, they have not planned properly. So, we spend most of the time at hotel and also due to bad weather we missed some place, only due to wrong planning. As per my experience apart from food and behaviour of the people everything you have to improve (point no. 4 to 7) a lot. Main negative point is their poor management.

I have get a beautiful tour&travels .those are behave with us,not only behaves with us but they treated us as they treated their family.we are very pleased .Hope they will continued it in future.

I have found their tour management is very well coordinated and planned. Food quality is very good. Behaviour is just like family. Never felt like I'm traveling with a tour group, it's more like traveling with my own family. Stay locations and hotels are well selected. Overall experience is very good. Highly recommended for any type of tour. I will definitely tour with them in future.

We were four families who hired Aditrii tour and travels for our visit to Gangasagar and Sunderbans.Although the weather was hot and humid, the agency made allout efforts to make our trip and stay comfortable.The food was delicious and support staff was very courteous .It was a smooth trip without any hassles.

It is very good tourist company. I along with my husband went to Purulia, Ajodhya Hills with them and it was a very nice experience. They were very caring and their behaviour is also very nice. They were like our own family members.

I have travelled with them quite a few times. Overall experience is very good. Pros: Very good hospitality Food is outstanding Hotel and accommodations are very good Route selection is awesome Support service is very efficient, even at mid night. Cons: Time management could be better (but this depends on lot of other circumstantial parameters like, road condition, traffic, other tourists' punctuality, etc), so this can be ignored.

Pathetic travel agency and very bad experience. I would not recommend this travel agency if you are travelling with them. First is they have not setup the trip properly. Some places they said they will visit but avoid them for their own reasons without asking anyone. They have management issues, they manage nothing properly. Traveller car they provided doesn't have a pushback seat and leg rest stand also ac was not working properly for almost a whole day journey (12hr). Only thing was good that is food. At the start of the trip they said they will provide luxary car for the trip but at the time of trip they said we need to pay extra for the ac, I don't know what kind of luxary car it is that is not include ac. Also the hotel room is very congested and the bedsheet they provide is dirty. The washroom was also dirty.

It's a very nice travel company.. we went to santiniketan with them..Food quality is also very good...Their hotel room and tour planning is very good..i suggest everyone to choose this travel company..

Don’t travel with Aditrii tours and travel. I got to know about this agent from one facebook group and booked my travel. We travel to get relax, to collect great memories but with this travel agent I had pathetic experience and I was feeling like when will i reach home. The person’s behaviour and their management is horrible..

Aditrii tour and travel is well coordinated, pocket friendly tour arranger who are very hard working and devoted in their job. They do their best in achieving comfort for travellers. It was a pleasure to attend a two day tour to ghatsila with them. Fun packed experience. Area of improvement - their own catering unit serves much better food than the hotel cook in outskirts locations of any state.
