One of the worst stores to buy electronic items. They would do anything to sell their product. But the product has been sold their services are worst. I purchased a microwave from your Madhyamgram showroom, which came with a bowl set free but it has not reached me today even after 15 days, and the two mobile numbers you given for any help for this branch ,No one picks up the phone and no one listens to my complaint even though I have paid the full bill 15 days before in that case what can I do ? Can I expect this kind of service from a big brand like Reliance as a customer?

Today, I was tried to purchase a LG washing machine from madhyamgram store. The price was 36999 where in Flipkart it was charged 33,990. So we checked and went off. After sometime, I called them and informed them, that is the price of the product and if they can afford the same price then we will buy it right then. One of their employee, named - Rakesh (Madhyamgram branch) asked me to come to store bcz they will charge the same price as Flipkart (33,990). After visiting they are denying to offer the same price. Then why they called me?? They can't inform the same over the phone?? Is it a joke? I went there just to show my face??? It's a complete harassment and more over they said any review, we can add bcz they don't care about people and their reviews. I was going to purchase A.C and washing machine but I will make sure, me or any of my family members will not buy any single product from Reliance, as they don't need any people.

No 1 electricron showroom their service is too good I purchase a led 📺tv within one day they came and instal thank you🙏 reliance digital and they discount too much overall my experience is super

Bad experience while purchasing big appliances. You need to be an expert in negotiating to get a proper discount. Beware of their offerings on maintenance. They will try to trap you with 2/4 years of maintenance support. In reality the support is actually the same as other service providers. You will not find much value addition. Long story short: focus on discount, not on maintenance. Caution: check other appliances stores before making a final call. While others will give you a flat discount, Reliance digital will give you the same with added maintenance cost. In the end, you are paying for average service with less discount. Few rare good words : they do have varieties of product. If you can negotiate then it would be a good deal for you.
