Worst employees...very rude behaviour... unprofessional attitude... misguided us giving wrong information... doesn't know how to speak to a lady....no jio employee to speak to in jio store...vodafone staff attending jio customer who is not at all interested in answering or doing their job...vl never visit dis place again.

Toooo bad in delivery. Ordered 23rd july and everyday they increase delivery date today is 2nd aug now it shows 3rd aug and sure it will extended

I am really appalled to experience the inefficient and amateurish set up, customer care and delivery of Jiomart. They do not maintain the date and time. Plus, they never deliver goods on time. Date of delivery keeps changing all the time when someone logs in in her or his Jiomart account. I guess how Mr. Mukesh Ambani started Jiomart services in Kolkata without arranging adequate staff strength and proper coordination. Jiomart will surely let down Mr. Ambani as they can never compete with Big Basket who Light Years ahead in customer care and on time delivery of goods and products at customer's door step.

Worst customer service. The staffs are rude, they even don't have appropriate knowledge how to resolve an issue. It's better if the store gets shut down. Better to visit the reliance digital store near new barrackpore more.
