SPA
REVIEW:
My
sister
and
I
booked
a
spa
package
to
celebrate
my
momās
birthday
and
we
thought
that,
seeing
as
itās
on
the
same
property
as
Villa
Paradiso,
that
it
would
be
fantastic,
as
Villa
Paradiso
is
fantastic!
But,
I
would
definitely
not
recommend
the
spa.
There
was
no
hostess
to
greet
us
as
we
arrived,
and
when
we
eventually
got
helped
there
was
no
hospitality,
&
when
it
came
to
actually
speaking
to
the
receptionist
she
had
no
clue
that
we
had
arranged
to
have
our
lunch
before
our
treatments,
which
was
then
an
issue.
We
then
went
to
the
restaurant,
where
we
waited
about
15min
for
someone
to
just
come
take
our
orders.
The
wait
for
the
food
is
very
long,
and
when
it
arrives
itās
ice
cold
anyway
and
wrapped
in
cling
film
(not
very
spa-like
in
my
opinion).
We
found
out
that
there
is
no
microwave/oven
to
warm
up
food.
The
massages
were
very
good,
however,
the
rooms
arenāt
quiet
-
you
can
hear
everyone
outside
(and
they
donāt
keep
quiet
around
the
treatment
rooms)
and
you
can
also
hear
people
in
the
rooms
next
to
you.
The
doors
in
the
spa
are
very
squeaky
as
well,
which
distracts
you
from
your
treatment
as
itās
awfully
annoying,
with
therapists
walking
in
and
out
ever
so
often.
I
honestly
think
that
the
spa
should
be
seriously
upgraded,
or
placed
under
new
management,
or
both,
for
that
matter,
because
it
places
a
bad
image
on
Villa
Paradiso.
I
wonāt
be
coming
back
to
the
spa.
Very
disappointed
in
the
overall
experience.
If
you
want
a
real
spa
experience,
rather
go
elsewhere.
