Your feedback shows me you didn't investigate this issue and the fact that you respond with the same response as you gave the other guests who came on their own accord and so did myself and my partner a one size fits all response for me is mediocre and shows you disregarded I said regarding not receiving any information via whatsapp even face to face regarding rules just to make your point. You mention the other guest's name I your response totally in violation with the POPIA act and I'll be sure to notify them so they can decide if they'd like to report the issue. Never did I imagine taking time out from the hustle and bustle of the CBD to visit your establishment I would be judged for enjoying a drink in the week because my visit was a holiday hence a whole week was booked, had it been disclosed at any point that I would be put to sleep at 10 I would have at least had a chance to decide whether I want to book there or not. As for your staff member telling us the following evening while at the pool that she didn't want to come back and tell us to leave the entertainment area again I don't care what conversation you had with them about us but that statement I did not appreciate and you should atleast take accountability for something instead of trying to brush off everything on rules that were never communicated in the first place. I am dissatisfied with your response in fact I want you to afford me a response for my own experience check if the rules and regulations were sent to myself also investigate the statement by your staff member and review your first response and advise if you still stand firm on that feedback. The view is a landmark we can book at more that 10 places near your property for the same views but your attitude towards me and my partner will determine if you'd like to retain us as your clients or if it's worth it to refer our friend and family as discussed with your hostess. My booking was cancelled at the last minute without any prior comminucation and I had to then settle for whatever was available, which changed my entire trip and my plans had to be adjusted as well. The severe during those few moments was as poor as can be

I imagine that whomever posts their review of your establishment given your comment on my review will include pictures/screenshots so as to clarify the sequence of events, as your memory of events seems inaccurate.

Ow I don’t know where to start everything was perfect the property was clean we would go out then come back and find our room clean we had everything we needed in our room the property has nice views the breakfast was delicious it was to die for I’m still missing the mince even now ,great stuff always smiling and ready to help. The steep hill was quiet experience. We enjoyed our stay and I did rest enough to face my daily life from. Monday.

It was a perfect environment for my silent retreat. The view is great, especially in the early hours of the morning. The staff is nice, accommodating and helpful.

The place on the website looks stunning, and they claim that they are rated 3 stars, to our surprise when we got to the place it was a total opposite to the photos, when we complained to the owner regarding the quality and how ugly the room was, I encountered a very defensive, arrogant unfriendly service provider, he even told us to leave his place, he promised to refund our monies todate he hasn't. Letamong does not deserve any stars, not sure why would SA tourism rate it like that? They are false advertising themselves.

The lady who welcomed us was friendly and all but I think she is not well trained of what to do when guests arrive. She showed us the dining area for breakfast and all necessities..and escorted us to the stairs leading to our room and standing right at the bottom of the stairs just said Room 5... We went in we searched for the lights, after a long search we found them, then switches for bedside lamps were nowhere to be seen, TV was only having Netflix. We had t look for fir for other things to know. From there our stay was best thing to have chosen the place. We ended up being big buddies with the lady. Breakfast was delicious, rooms are very clean and the bed is sooo. Comfortable. I am recommending the place to any couples if they want to just enjoy themselves.

The place is very easy to find when using Google maps. It is in a beautiful access-controlled area and the scenery on your way to the guest house is so serene, it's giving Carribean vibes. The owner gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our room. It had a balcony with chairs to sit and facing the haartebeesspoort dam just as we booked. What stood out for me was the WhatsApp message from the guesthouse, welcoming us again, giving house rules and wi-fi password (free wifi) and recommendations on restaurants and also their contact numbers if we need to order. The room and bathroon were clean and tidy, smelling fresh and all things we needed were there. Buffet breakfast is delicious, tables are set very nicely and spaced out in a safe distance. You can eat on the balcony whilst enjoying the views of the dam and the guest house itself. Very friendly and helpful staff❤️ This place is a value for money

The service is garbage, the man responsible for answering calls and helping was rubbish and rude, didn't answer the calls and never assisted me once, he had even hung up the phone twice and recommended i cancel booking so he doesn't have to deal with me and furthermore the rooms and food were very underwhelming, let not the pictures deceive you

Stayed for a 2 night weekend away. Was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful view of the dam and the dam wall. Perfect rooms. Delicious buffet breakfast with a lot of variety each morning. The staff are lovely. A big perk for me was that the lodge is inside a closed off area with pretty tight security, so you feel safe. Do yourself a favor.

We enjoyed our stay and we are deffinately coming back. Rooms and bath rooms were neat and tidy. Staff and owners humble and very helpful. The view was outstanding. I also enjoyed the view of the sun rise.

Amazing view, am still in awe.... clean linen and friendly staff (MPHO ) Always made sure we are comfortable. Breakfast not so wow but that was not an issue at all. Parking ws a bit challenging but the owner was always willing to help. Would recommend it, very close to the dam and other useful facilities. A 12/10 rating for me😍

Room was great, view was great, but TV could allow us to watch normal. TV so we had to YouTube. Parking was very difficult as it's small spaced and on the steepest hill you. Oild image. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment because we got the 15min before it ended and the eggs were finished Mince, and veggies.. But apart from that it was great.

I would suggest when you get a booking enquiry for accommodation you handle it better than your current customer service standards, just saying to me you "don't do group bookings" when I'm enquiring about 3 rooms for 2 married couples (my wife and parents) and one single room for my mother-in-law is shocking, to say the least. I can see you are worried about noise levels but assuming someone is going to make noise because there will be 5 people is hardly a party. Can I suggest a customer service course that will assist you with future bookings?

The wood houses need some tlc, and parking is horrible. The service was good, but the guest house seem a little unorganized. There was no real check in, briefing ext. Didnt know what the passwords wifi passwords ext was.

Horrible attitude from the guys in management I would not recommend this place for anyone. There are plenty other well run organizations around the Dam that can be used. Duncan Motsohahea is not acomdating at all.
