gave
the
other
guests
who
came
on
their
own
accord
and
so
did
myself
and
my
partner
a
one
size
fits
all
response
for
me
is
mediocre
and
shows
you
disregarded
I
said
regarding
not
receiving
any
information
via
whatsapp
even
face
to
face
regarding
rules
just
to
make
your
point.
You
mention
the
other
guest's
name
I
your
response
totally
in
violation
with
the
POPIA
act
and
I'll
be
sure
to
notify
them
so
they
can
decide
if
they'd
like
to
report
the
issue.
Never
did
I
imagine
taking
time
out
from
the
hustle
and
bustle
of
the
CBD
to
visit
your
establishment
I
would
be
judged
for
enjoying
a
drink
in
the
week
because
my
visit
was
a
holiday
hence
a
whole
week
was
booked,
had
it
been
disclosed
at
any
point
that
I
would
be
put
to
sleep
at
10
I
would
have
at
least
had
a
chance
to
decide
whether
I
want
to
book
there
or
not.
As
for
your
staff
member
telling
us
the
following
evening
while
at
the
pool
that
she
didn't
want
to
come
back
and
tell
us
to
leave
the
entertainment
area
again
I
don't
care
what
conversation
you
had
with
them
about
us
but
that
statement
I
did
not
appreciate
and
you
should
atleast
take
accountability
for
something
instead
of
trying
to
brush
off
everything
on
rules
that
were
never
communicated
in
the
first
place.
I
am
dissatisfied
with
your
response
in
fact
I
want
you
to
afford
me
a
response
for
my
own
experience
check
if
the
rules
and
regulations
were
sent
to
myself
also
investigate
the
statement
by
your
staff
member
and
review
your
first
response
and
advise
if
you
still
stand
firm
on
that
feedback.
The
view
is
a
landmark
we
can
book
at
more
that
10
places
near
your
property
for
the
same
views
but
your
attitude
towards
me
and
my
partner
will
determine
if
you'd
like
to
retain
us
as
your
clients
or
if
it's
worth
it
to
refer
our
friend
and
family
as
discussed
with
your
hostess.
