This is the place to go if you love mexican and have a big appetit. With fantastic food and good service, it's a great experience. Make sure you get some queso with your chips, you are gonna love it. You'll need your to-go box after meal and their amazing fried ice cream. Overall, a great experience. So if you are just passing through, or you live here, this is worth the stop.

Best salsa y queso!! Get it first! Then—>Hands down. The. Best. Enchiladas. Ever! Order 3 cheese enchiladas and you’ll see! they’re smothered in the best shredded beef and queso blanco! We can’t wait to come back for more! Excellent service, and kid friendly! Clean bathrooms and employees masked up 😷 (the only reason I didn’t post the delicious enchiladas is because they were dispersed and devoured before I remembered I wanted a photo!)

Popped into this quiet spot based on the 4* rating. It was every bit of that. So this spot definitely comes recommended. Service was prompt and regular. Great staff working that day. I ordered a half order of shrimp cocktail. It was spot on! The spices, the chunks of avocado, the jumbo shrimp, loads of oinios and peppers. Perfect! The carne asada was good but it missed. It wasn't as thinly cut as desired for this dish. The flavors were full, the veggies were grilled well, the rice and bean need some work. Very blan. First time here we went in got seated but unfortunately waitress didn't seem friendly we waited for almost an hour for 4 plates 1 in my group received his plate then a second 10min after 3 rd plate was wrong so waited again then mine came about 10min after which was supposed to Include chorizo,fajita,chicken,fajita & shrimp no steak one strip of chicken they claim a full breast(Not) and 1 skewer of shrimp you can see from picture you can't see meat & 1 strip of chicken zoom in to picture second picture shows what's left which is a lot of bell pepper onion cactus,rootbeer tasted very weird but didn't want to complain since we have already complained enough since are drinks were wrong as well said Dr pepper & received tea which took a while,asked for check it's been 20min so far. I believe in support local but we won't be back....Looked Like A Good Place(Mistake)

This was the best restaurant meal I have had in a long time. And the staff was very friendly. I will definitely be visiting here again.

I visited Madill to attend a funeral this afternoon and joined a friend at El Tequila for a late lunch afterward.. This was my first time visiting, and as far as I'm concerned, they knocked things out of the park.. I sampled the Fajitas Jalisco, which included ample portions of grilled steak, chicken, shrimp, onions, and tomatoes.. I omitted the bell peppers.. The fajita plate was served piping hot and had great flavor.. The toppings on the setup plate (lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole, sour cream) were cool and crisp, and the rice and beans were above average for a small-town Mexican fare establishment.. Their chips and salsa were unexpectedly deelish.. The chips were thin, crispy, and fresh, and the salsa was nicely blended, and with just a smidgen of heat.. I washed everything down with a pair of 1800 Reposado-based margaritas on the rocks, and the service was excellent, too!! I would definitely return to El Tequila on a future visit to the Madill area..

If I could rate this place with zero stars, I would. The food was terrible and the service was the same. I have never been to Mexican restaurant where the food was terrible. There is a first time for everything.

Service was very fast and friendly. The place was clean and neat. The fajita nachos were so greasy I couldn’t eat them and that’s saying something if I can’t eat something. The saving grace was my wife’s fajitas were really good. The portion sizes and large so unless your a big eater, share the meal.

The server didn't get the order correct. Once we received what we ordered, the food was cold and not very good. Chicken enchiladas were tasty but needed more sauce. Queso was runny and lacking flavor. Cheese enchiladas were greasy and kinda yucky! The salsa was good. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this establishment.

there’s no signs saying there is a credit card fee nor saying you have to pay for refills. the guy didn’t even ASK if we wanted refills. just got and then charged us for it. service was horrible. was 76 bucks for two of us
