Was a delightful experience, Staffs was incredible receptionist/host who catered to our needs and the breakfast was amazing and the rooms were clean and decent and was properly furnished suitable for work visits

FAB GROUP IS A BIG GROUP OF SCAMMERS. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR IT.We had asked for an early check in and the booking agent said that if I pay 25% of the amount my room will be confirmed for an early book in. The minute I paid the 25% she started saying early booking is subject to availability although I specified from the beginning for an early check in. They then gave me the hotel number and asked me to speak to them directly. But the hotel people said no rooms were available till 12pm. Then I asked for a refund if no early booking is available then they said they can’t give the refund. So I lost my money. They just scam people into paying with fake promises. PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE AND LOOSE YOUR MONEY UNNECESSARILY.

We landed early at 8 AM in Chennai and wanted to leave the luggage since check in time was a few hours away. This hotel is in a broken down Chennai suburb, barely worth to be called a hotel. At 9, we located it and there was no one but an office boy. We left the luggage with him and that was in parking space. Spoke to Vinodth and said he said it was safe and he will shift the luggage , when the rooms get vacant around 11-12. To his credit, he did and he called us to alert too. The room is decent. It’s a tiny one with min fittings but very clean. Bed was nice and good clean sheets. The bathroom as in these shady hotels is badly designed with toilet at farther end and shower before. There is a geyser in room and it worked but water pressure is low and hence shower is ruled out. Only bucket bath. The moment someone baths , whole floor is wet and u have to tread over wet floor to reach toilet. The mirror in toilet is meant for 7.5 feet tall people only !! Here is the worst. Bathroom is infested with cockroaches. Everything will look clean at 1st glance, but u quickly switch on light in midnight , u will see cockroaches crawling. All in all, avoidable place. I called Agoda to cancel but didn’t do since it was non refundable

We were two Sr. Citizen couples. Booked two rooms. Check in was quick and smooth. Room service was available. Fresh Towels and Bath Soaps were provided. Room was neat and clean. Small Room but comfortable for a night stay. Surely will consider for future trips too.

Room was very clean but there was so many mosquitoes and the all out was not working properly and the bed was very soft so I couldn't sleep properly at night. The hotel should do proper precautions to mosquitoe issue. Otherwise everything was perfect. Highlight of the room is very clean.

Very friendly staff. More shops are located near the hotel. Car parking is a bit difficult during rush days. Try to book a fab app for extra discount benefits. The only negative thing is mosquitoes in rooms. Even though they provided mosquito repellent nothing works. The room has all major facilities such as AC, Fan, Smart TV, Access to OTT platofrms and local tv channels. Food you can even order for Swiggy or Zomato for a hassle free experience.

Reception is dark. No response at night. No drinking water support. Mosquito bites in room corners. Blanket change ? Owner presence at site will change many things

The staff at Fab Hotel were accommodating and friendly towards my special requests.

My cousin has booked a room here when he came to visit me in chennai. The rooms and hotel are well maintained. We checked in at around 12am at the night. There was no reception kind of thing, there were no one to receive the guests. We had to call to the number available in the online , then the owner call the room boy. He came from inside the hotel. One draw back is that there is no room service. Even if we order something from swiggy or Zomato, they are not allowed inside the hotel. We need to go outside and collect. Rooms are bit small but well maintained. Near to Madipakkam Lake.

It's basically a guest house, not a hotel. No amenities. Only one sole boy is available. No food. The Fab booking guy has promised free breakfast included in Rs.2128/- which is what I paid. The room is 10ft x 10 ft. They don't even provide drinking water. Worst experience from Fab hotels

Room is ok, but basic facilities are lacking. Not even water bottle is provided. . There is no supermarkets nearby also. No coffee making facility, but they keep some tea cups for no reason. Asked for dental kit, but they don't provide. So come prepared if you book this hotel.

This hotel doesn't exist, Fab hotel customer support also said this property isn't active with them. We paid some pre booking amount through offline booking, but when we reached there, it was locked and seemed closed since a long time. It's a scam guys, stay alert.

1. Located on main road and well maintained 2. Room is sufficient for a family of 2+1 kid, clean, toilet/ bathroom is really nice as well, bed is comfortable and kept clean 3. RO water will be provided if requested 4. Smart TV+ dedicated wifi provided (becomes slow or unavailable after 10 PM) 5. Dedicated covered parking space with shutter (closed by 9PM) ,if you come late then you may have to park car outside shutter but within their gate, a helper will be there to open shutter if required Overall had a very decent stay for a week

I recently stayed in this hotel for a day. It's a compact and cosy place. The rooms were of good size for a couple. Had almost all the basic amenities. Restroom was clean. There's a parking space in the basement. Easily accessible road but not at a prime location. Shower kit was missing. Had to request for drinking water. Overall a good hotel in the neighborhood.

Very nicely maintained hotel. The location i mentioned to be good as it was close to the wedding venue we attended. The rooms were slightly small but good enough for couple to stay. They dont have a restaurant of their own but get tea/coffee from some local shop. Staff was very nice and helpful. particular staff Rahul could speak fluent Hindi so we had no problem communicating and getting our issues addressed. Would recommend this hotel for people needing to stay in this area of the city. Its also quite close to the airport.

The location was perfect as we had to attend a function nearby. The rooms were clean and had been well equiped. There is no in house restaurant but the staff is helpful and arranges for tea and coffee. The staff was polite and responded immediately. Rahul, spoke hindi and it was an additional advantage. Room is a bit small but okay for a couple.

Room service here was so so satisfying . My kid is 6 years old and he was coughing badly at the middle of the night, Room service staff here picked room service nicethe call at midnight around 1 30 and bought us cough syrup within 15mins without any hesitation. Rooms here are maintained and sanitised with good care .just pure satisfaction

Although the room was clean but had some peculiar smell, it is not suitable for family stay. Mosquitoes sucked our bloods the whole night. They don't have their own kitchen , even water bottles were not there in the room .

One night I stayed. Room is small, lot and lot of mosquitoes and you will be not able to sleep at all. No buffer system bf, they will get it whatever you want from near by restaurants. No dental kits, no shampoo, no shower caps. The price is high as compared to all these services. They need to improve a lot and first take care how to prevent mosquitoes.

They don't have their own kitchen so the breakfast is limited, they will go out and purchase breakfast to give you and other services like Free toiletries and Water bottles is not there. In comparison to price they should provide all these facilities.

Vijaylakshmi Stay Inn was perfect for my needs! The staff is so friendly, trustworthy and helpful, especially Nimod. The room was clean , nicely decorated and had a private bath with hot water. With a comfortable queen size bed, it’s perfect for one person (Maybe a little small for 2) and it was a great value for the money. I felt safe and cared for. There’s a great locals spot to eat down the street called Hotel Ananda and a beautiful large lake to walk around for your nature fix and good exercise. It’s in a residential area, so lots of traffic, honking horns and locals. Wished there were more formal restaurants, though that was the only downside for me. It’s about 10-15 min from the airport. I was here on a layover. Perfect to rest and decompress.
