Have purchased an i5 HP 8GB 15 inch laptop from HP world Porur few weeks ago. Firstly, about the laptop, so far it has been great and the performance is really good. I bought it around Rs 52500 with wireless mouse and HP back bag. Screen display is pleasant and apt for long time working without any irritation. Keyboard is smooth and clear. Speakers are good enough for the occasional Call / Music because I use mostly headphones. Logon is pretty quick nearly like an tablet that Windows is ready within few seconds. It also comes with 1 year warranty and I added extended warranty with the HP World Porur support. Coming to the Staffs in Porur HP world, they were very kind and transparent on the product values. True to the product ability with very affordable quotes. I have got the HP extended warranty through Porur HP staffs with the price of 4800 which covers accidental damage, Antivirus package and so on for 3 years. So, can say that for 3 years need not to worry about any issues in the laptop either by itself or by an accidental damage. Support is also provided at onsite (HP can come home and fix the issue). Had been to other dealers and vendors but felt HP Porur is one of the best. So far everything is good, hope that remains the same!
