But Senthil who works there gave a great presentation and details about the products that we don’t normally hear. This really helped narrow down between choices. Moreover the manager there helped get the right pricing which was competitive compared to the rest of the showrooms near by. A general inquiry turned out to be a sale and for good reasons. Also the follow up and assistance with after sales for installation by Senthil was great. Girias turned out to be best of both sales and customer service.
