This is the first time am visiting this hospital.Goood and hygienic ambiance, friendly staffs , professional behaviour, polite , They have their own pharmacy with door delivery facility, own medicated foot wear shop, joint ventured opticals available, ECG , x-ray , radiology, cardiology examination available, dietitian consultation provided . cafeteria also there for visitors .A proper corporate setup Bit costly and commercial & product promotion Doing master checkup and collects details from patients and maintaining complete database

All check ups are available in one roof in this centre. Excellent arrangements are for out patients. Fast and best reviews by various divisions. Courteous staff. Pleasant atmosphere. In short total satisfaction.

The service is good. Dr. Selvakumar is very effective and patient friendly. It would be nice if the results are sent by mail or through WhatsApp. Graphic Comparison over the period should be given .

The experience in general was good. The blood collection centre Lab Technician Sh Nandakumar was very cordial and explained in details the various tests to be done in which order. Very helpful. Overall the services were very good.

My wife is diabetic patient and is taking treatment at your Tambaram branch from 2014 onwards.Yesterday I and my wife N.Muthulakshmi attended review under Dr Prasanna Kumar Gupta. The staff in the branch of dietician were much indifference attitude towards us both senior citizens. For example ,we were wantonly delayed as review reports were tabled in the doctors table. Then nurses in the doctor table went to the dietician branch and recommended to speed up our case.Then the staff who attended us was mechanically passed our file. We are felt much displeasure about the attitude of dieticians and it wiil affect the reputation of your institution.

I would like to share my experiences in Dr. Mohan Center in tambaram, they are well committed to care of all the patients and they are doing very best in service and very kind and polite!! And Mr. Dr. GUPTA he is best and very positive character and take good care me from the beginning and now I am feeling better and my diabetes is being down to normal and thanks to him and the Center crew members!!!

I am taking my parents regularly to this Clinic for their Diabetes management. Staff are kind and so cordial. All of them behave like a family members. I am 71yrs old coming for past 16yrs and every time I request for lift to consult Dr.selvakumar and for canteen but still no progress. I again request for lift bcoz so many patients are senior citizens pls take action for that.

Pathetic management. They must put a limitation to number of patients per session. There is no place to stand either. They keep on taking patients as they come. The Doctor attending should also spend quality time with patients to examine n interact. While the patients numbers are overflowing, chances that quality of consultation n examine would get compromised here.

Too expensive hospital cost 4000 to 7000 for every consultation, looks like not suits for every one, too complicate procedures..

My mother visited for sugar test. Compelled to take cholesterol and ecg. Was told that without these the doctor will not consult. Medicine was prescribed for 15 days. Compelled to buy whole strip costing 600. Money..... money..... money !!!!

Very nice. Polite, caring and courteous staff and plesent atmosphere. All facilities are here. Every thing is fine. But it is little bit difficult for going to first floor as there is no lift facility. Otherwise the hospital doctors and staff are excellent.

A well established diabetic clinic, about tambaram branch ( my personal experience) - first few visits were really good as the ambiance, staff and doc were really good, and no much of a waiting time if u book the appointment earlier. But after that had some bitter experience as there was much of lack of communication between the person scheduling the appointments and the ground staff. Literally booked appointment for my GTT like 3 times as one person is saying home collection available and the other says noo.. and they say the dietitian will call us but we have to remind them to call us.. needs improvements in these areas.. but other than that all the other aspects were good but bit expensive too..

Service is awesome.. except rest rooms needs lot of improvement. Otherwise Dr prasanna Kumar Gupta and his assistance are very friendly and go to persons
