Admitted in hindu mission for my father's surgery, stayed in room no: 3228, Deluxe room 2. Pros: Friendly Staffs. Doctor explains everything clearly. Good Hospitality. Good hospital to get treated for any disease. Cons: A fan to be added for the attender bed. A geyser can be attached in the bathroom for 3000 charges for the room. Mosquitoes will be a problem at night. Even though you paid one day rent for the room, when the patient goes to operation theatre you need to pay 2500 extra for the room if attender wants to stay there, which is unusual in hospital business. Overall hospital facilities are good🙂

My Father was admitted in hospital for cardiac arrest. Hospital doctors and others staff are very polite and they take care of patients very good. Hospital rooms are ventilated but the rooms looks very old and little dirty. Hospitals charged 3000 rs per day for deluxe rooms but I am not sure it's nominal price compare to other private hospitals for the old rooms. Staffs are not available all the times specially ward boys and nurses. Bedsheets for patient and attendees are neat and clean. One attender always should be in room & nurses not taken care these times. I faced issues in some times. Expect nurses to help in those times. Hence giving 4 stars

Good treatment, but slightly started to loosing their trust name due to more and un relevant charges. This hospital now a days become money Minded. Rooms are very old not worth for 3000 per day. Need to stand for more time in a big queue in registration counter. they will write more medicines, I don't know how patient could consume that much medicine. Are they resell it back to pharmacy, god only knows.

Unfortunately I end up with this hospital for surgery after going through this fake positive reviews. Kindly avoid this hospital at any cost. Even Tambaram government hospital is good. We happened to admit my relative in Hindu mission hospital last week due to urgent health crisis. I want to inform our bad experience with this hospital. This hospital is running with brand name and no basic care was provided to patients.Staffs( Nurses) are highly non professional .They are not acting as a proper communicator between the doctor and patient. We were informed no rooms available at that time and given one deluxe room with rent of Rs.3000/- .This room window was constructed in such a way that next room toilet window is faced towards this room. So whenever anybody uses the toilet in next room, bad smell entered in to this patient room.There is no way to escape from the bad smell of toilet.Morever lot of mosquitos found inside. We admit patient to improve their health,but the condition inside was very pathetic and unhealthy.So I appeal all to be careful when you admit your dear one in this hospital.

Rani admitted in female ward. Taken good care of my grandmother. Provided with the best food and care that I've never seen in any of the hospital. My grandmother felt very homely and safe here. My sister got admitted here for baby birth So writing this review based out personal experience and improvement points to management. Doctors skill:  4 star No feedback on doctors skill and treatment. Really appreciable. She tried for normal birth but labour pain not induced so final ceasarian happened. Both baby and mother is good. Both gynaecologist and pediatrics are highly skilled doctors. Doctors are very polite and explanative nature. So i wish to recommend to my family and friends. The no of visits and advise during hospitalization period can be improved. Do's and Don'ts not explained properly. Admission, Price and insurance process: 4.5 star Admission process was very smooth and co-operative. If it is planned admission please ensure these points. Ensure whether your insurance TPA will be processed in this hospital for cashless claim. If not please try alternate process or post claim method. If your TPA is accepted in this hospital then it's simple. For Digit insurance they will do it but don't know for other insurance services. No need any advance payment. But for baby formalities not covered under insurance so it will be charged around 10,000. For normal delivery it will be around 50k ~ 60k. For ceasarian it will be around 70k~80k. Considering the stay period and baby incubation/NICU the amount will be varies. Rooms and ergonomics: 1 star The rooms are very pathetic. They won't provide the convinient rooms. They will provide only general ward. It's was a hell if we are in general ward. Because too much restrictions and gents won't be allowed inside. So it's very hard to survive here. Atleast 2 caretaker needed if the mom undergone a ceasarian. But they allowed only 1 person. The nurses were very rude not polite behaviour. Infrastructure, facilities and cleanliness: 1 star The outside looks might be good. The inside is rooms and toilets are very pathetic. Looks like government hospital. There is no canteen and food supply for patients. This is really disappointed us. Not only for us but for all. For any emergency we have to travel outside for food. Such a brainless management. Every hospital should have good canteen facility to fulfill people need. This is very basic thing. Most importantly there is no weekend support for NICU. So my neighbour patient suffered a lot. Of your hospital doesn't have NICU support on Sunday then why you have admitted the patient. They brought the child to SRM to support NICU on Sunday. This is very disappointment and people should aware these things before admission.

I have admitted recently in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and I'm cured now..They all treated me well. good hospitality n good ambience. All facilities like cafe n canteen n pharmacy n Scan n laboratory n all other facilities are available in the same hospital.. well experienced n skilled nurses are there n serving us well . All Doctors are highly experienced n treating patients kindly n listening our health issues patiently..All faculties n all health care professionals are so so nice n house keeping staffs are also so nice. good hygienic place with drinking water facility ; nice ambience.. Wonderful experience with HINDU MISSION HOSPITAL. Dr. SEEMA GOUTHAM is a wonderful surgeon, She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. Doctor can speak HINDI; so people who doesn't Tamil may go to this doctor as she can communicate in English or Hindi fluently. The staff was always helpful and kind. The hospital is a service oriented place. In a time when medical services have become va business, the medical and non-medical staff of this hospital are caring and do their best with the resources they have. Proper process is followed. A little bit more planning on crowd management would help a lot.

Recently I went here for my mother treatment. Doctor team is doing very well. They are excellent with their duties. But some of the nursing staffs are not treating patients , attendants. They are not obeying doctors words because of their seniority (I think). In admin dept, finance and billing section people and machines are very very very slow. They are doing their same duty on basis. But still they are acting as first day first hour employee. In pharmacy also same issue with the staffs. Internet also not working while we pay the bills through card. There is no alternative swiping machine. But over all apart from some staffs and billing it is a good hospital with good doctors.

Hindu Mission Hospital is doing a great service to the people of this location. Doctors are easy to approach and they are humble for their service. All the medical staff, nurses and others are treating the patients with kind service. Other department staff are so kind and encouraging the patients with kind words. On the whole hospital is doing a great service to people. I thank the secretary and MD for their great service.

Just above a government hospital..need to renovate rooms ...we have taken a deluxe room @ Rs.3000 a day ..it looks very old even the cot and bed from ancient days bathroom no words to say. Only good that a frequent visits by specialists and staffs are ok too. Entry and exit process were smooth. I am sure they don't force patients for unnecessary tests in a way its good.

I consulted Dr. Priyadharsini (Dermatologist) for a skin issue. My problem is resolved within two weeks of her treatment. The doctor is very polite and caring. Doctor explained the diagnosis clearly before the treatment. Really satisfied. Thanks.

I admitted my daughter here. We consulted doctor Aravind. The rooms provided were very neat and clean. The restroom was thoroughly cleaned on regular basis. Dustbins were also cleared regularly. The hospital has all medical department for OP. The hospitality given the medical staff during the period of IP Is excellent. It has all facilities in it but the vehicle parking is limited with them, hence parking the vehicle takes a bit more time.

Had admitted my father in CCU due to his unconscious state and the treatment here is very good. Charges too were very nominal. My father showed improvement in 5 days and then shifted to general ward. Within 10 days he was discharged and back to normal. Special thanks to Dr. Pearlsy Grace for her kind treatment and regular visits. Today attended second review and my father was very much good to go. Overall recommended to many.

Had a great experience at the hospital, right from the time of admission to subsequent checkup until discharge. The PRO / Executive at the reception who helped us with registrations and room allocations was very kind and polite and helped us settle without anxiety. I visited for ENT specialist Andrew Thomas....As the doctor is in a surgery....it's usual the availability of his arrival for OP will be delayed ...The worst part is there is no communication for the patients who are waiting in the lobby outside the room...I have waited for more than 1:30 hrs and then got our appointment addressed. Andrew is doing great....there is not even a single doubt on his work and service. If there is an option to give -5*....I would have chosen for the Pharmacy department of Hindu Mission Hospital.... Please plan for 1 hour especially to fight to get the medicine from them.

First of all, its not like before. More money minded. No proper guidance on treatments and test. House keeping are careless and not cleaning well. Informations about insurance and test taken are very worst. People has to charge on treatments not on how much money deposited. Discharge process was taking more than half a day. Just keep on telling timeliness to complete. Totally not happy on treatment and process. Overall rating 3/10

Seems like the mission is to loot people. Went for Skin Tag removal. Total of 5. They are charging 5000. When I asked about it, the reason they said was mind blowing. Doctor fee is 1500 which is fine by me. 3500 for 100 ml of Saline, some gause cloth and gloves?

My experience at Hindu Mission Hospital was very good. I had to visit various OP departments and also stay at the hospital for 4 days. Right from the reception till the inpatient ward, the staff were so polite and helpful. The staff at the out patient departments are treating the senior citizens with utmost respect. Even the house keeping staff were well mannered which is very rare to see. Consultation fees and other hospital charges are so nominal when compared to other private hospitals nearby. The location of the hospital is an added advantage. If something can be done for vehicles parking, it would be of a great help for the people coming to the hospital.

I would like share my experience about meeting Dr. Jain Honest Raj. In Hindu mission hospital. My father undergone FESS Surgery, the way he examined was very pleasant and he explained each and every steps. He is very down to earth, the way he approached the patients give confidence to them and make them feel easy. Happy to be at Hindu mission hospital. A very good relationship for past 5 years.

I admitted my wife in female general ward, Dr told me that only one day observation required for her. Free ambulance service is available in indian scan for MRI SCAN, NO BODY INFORMED me, further I have been told to pay rs 1000 for ambulance🚑 time told was 3 clock but ambulance was available at 6 clock why was the delay? After paying the price, 2 to 3 km rs 1000 was more I feel

Worst for people need home care. My daughter was treated very badly. We ask discharge at morning 0600 they didn't discharge till 1030 am . We got discharge after long fight. During this no treatment have been done. Later we took her to rela hospital and by God grace she doing well. If any one feels the treatment not good and no assistance from Dr., Nurse , staff his/her wish to shift any other hospital on their choice. People who wish better treatment and hospitality please don't get admitted here.

My mom was admitted in deluxe ward 3 for dengue fever and stayed in room no: 1203 for 5 days. Overall experience is good but sisters are not responding quickly when patient needs something. That's the only issue. Otherwise it is a good experience at a reasonable price.

Deluxe II room no 3223. We were well taken care of by the nurses here. The doctors were patient and very thorough. However, for housekeeping, we had to give multiple requests to fix something. Even things like the a/c remote could not be located easily. That part still needs some attention.

Since then , this is the most trustable and reliable hospital. Doctors and all staffs are people friendly and compassionate. Hindu mission is a specialty hospital in East Tambaram managed by shankara trust. Atmosphere is divine with ample parking space for visitors in the adjacent ground. There is a cafeteria also. The people in the reception area guide and assist u quickly. Properly sanitized and neat environment. All basic amenities and tests are done under the same roof without harassing the patients.

I have admitted here for Scrub Typhus. General surgeon Vishnu took really good care. Coming to the ward experience: I have taken Ac General ward with attender facility. Equipment and bathrooms facilities are good. But The Nurse attention towards the patient is slightly should have been better!. Mine is a different rather an unique experience. My mother visited this so called hospital for regular checkup, and suddenly fell sick and got admitted immediately in ICU and doctor told us (the children) that she had heart attack and in critical state, later the same doctor confirmed that she is recovering and out of danger zone. In the evening doctor said my mom had 2nd attack while she is still in ICU and the chances are minimal for the recovery. Later the next day early morning she breathed her last breath. Don't know whom to blame. Pity is the way the staff (both the young Doctor and the supporting staffs) conveyed my mother's death. They should have been bit more sensible. During the treatment, I didn't see one senior physician in ICU.

I came here for the corona vaccination . The admin & nurse here are very co operative & helpful . From following up the 1st dose to 2nd dose they are very kind . Vaccination ward is very neat & clean with nice cushion sofa to rest after taking the jab .

One of the best hospitals, which you can rely upon. No extra charges as they aren't money minded but give importance to service with pleasing smile. When I was admitted in the hospital during November 2021 I felt Doctors and nurses were well experienced and responsive to queries of patients with round the clock service.Only thing I felt, neatness can be improved by painting and better cleaniness I am thankful to the hospital as it was for poor and middle class.

At the outset, I would like to bring out the Hindu Mission Hospital, in really a senior citizen friendly hospital. The staff members, at the reception are very friendly very considerate and helpful. We had shifted the routine check-up and treatment of my parents (83Yrs & 74 Yrs) from some known multi-specialty hospitals to Hindu Mission Hospital recently. Dr. Vishnu Shankar MD General Medicine is being consulted. We got our COVID-19 Vaccinations both doses for my parents at Hindu Mission Hospital. The arrangements were very streamlines, the Nursing Staff at COVID-19 Vaccination were very courteous and we felt comfortable , hygienic without any waiting we could get it done. Even the cafeteria food is good, suitable for senior citizens. Cafeteria manager & staff is friendly to every one. Overall good experience. One request to Hospital administration is to resume the Lab Sample collection facilities from home from nearby area (I believe it was there earlier Pre-Covid), this would save one visit efforts for senior citizens. A special mention about Dr. Vishnu Shankar, he is very senior citizen friendly, he is very patient, and listens to their problems. We consulted for both COPD & Gastro-Intestinal problems and medications have given very good relief. He has cut-down unnecessary medications given else where and so far working very well. Another important is he very meticulously follows COVID-Protocol to ensure the safety of patients as well as his. He is very punctual and we do not have to wait longer. The staff Nurse associated with his team is also very helpful and coordinate well.

The only concern is that price can be cheaper as its mission hospital and most of the rooms and facilities are donated by sponsors for the cause of good and poor people.

My husband admitted in male ward. The treatment was good and showed improvement. All the medical and non medical staffs are polite and can completely believe the hospital for the good care.
