I
just
tried
to
order
coffee
and
a
donut
from
here
on
Thanksgiving
after
checking
online
and
on
the
app
to
ensure
the
place
was
open.
I
ordered
through
the
app
ahead
of
time
but
when
we
arrived
at
the
location,
the
lights
inside
were
out
and
no
one
was
answering
at
the
drive-through
menu
or
window.
We
drove
around
to
the
front
and
noticed
a
handwritten
sign
on
the
door
that
said
“We
R
closed
at
6:00pm
today.”
Someone
was
sitting
right
out
front
in
their
car,
and
I
suspect
it
was
the
employee
who
is
supposed
to
be
working
tonight.
Very
upset
and
disappointed,
as
I
was
still
charged
for
the
order
and
even
used
an
in-app
offer
that
I
had
been
saving.
Times
are
tough
right
now
and
every
dollar
counts
for
me.
If
the
store
was
truly
closed,
I
wish
the
location
had
updated
their
hours
so
that
it
reflected
in
the
app
—
that
way
I
wouldn’t
have
bothered.
