I just tried to order coffee and a donut from here on Thanksgiving after checking online and on the app to ensure the place was open. I ordered through the app ahead of time but when we arrived at the location, the lights inside were out and no one was answering at the drive-through menu or window. We drove around to the front and noticed a handwritten sign on the door that said “We R closed at 6:00pm today.” Someone was sitting right out front in their car, and I suspect it was the employee who is supposed to be working tonight. Very upset and disappointed, as I was still charged for the order and even used an in-app offer that I had been saving. Times are tough right now and every dollar counts for me. If the store was truly closed, I wish the location had updated their hours so that it reflected in the app — that way I wouldn’t have bothered.

This location has no public bathrooms. Yhey claim both are locked with lost keys. Stopping in with kids, it was very inconvenient to not be able to wash hands or use the toilet at an establishment where we ate. Gross.

Drove to the window to order coffee and food the poor Muslim guy was praying I don't need this in my city did not get service because he had to pray no offense to your religion but you got to go

I come here at least once/twice every other week, for over 2 months now, there’s been 2 times my Turkey, egg and cheese croissant (attached with review) looked dry & had no cheese & I didn’t complain or bring it to a managers attention after any other visit. However today draws the line. I witnessed the lady preparing my breakfast sandwich and my daughters hash browns touch common surfaces & make cash/credit transactions with the same gloves she used to deal with food. I politely told her she should change them because it was unsanitary & she closed the drive thru window in my face, she didn’t acknowledge what I said as a paying customer. She was very unprofessional. However, I feel she wouldn’t have any consequences. They all probably do the same thing, sadly.. I will not be going back. Date of encounter 02/16/2023 @ 8:31 AM.

We were placing our order at the drive through, we said we wanted a coffee and a sandwich and within the same breath we asked to change the coffee order to a different flavor and they said "no. You can't change it now, we already made it." So they made our drink the second we said it in the microphone, before we were even done ordering and then they refused to let us swap unless we paid for an additional coffee.

They were out of donuts before closing, and I had to cancel an Uber Eats delivery after riding my bicycle 3 miles and got paid $0 for the time that was wasted. My time is extremely valuable, my labor creates wealth. I wasted my time by taking a delivery from here. The employee was very courteous, however.

Avocado toast came with heavy dose of butter or cream cheese under the avocado. Also no seasoning! Didn’t eat it. Can’t have either.

went here this morning at 5:55am and the sign said “open” after waiting for 5 minutes the older man came out, angrily, and didn’t greet me. i believe he was the owner. i asked for a maple frosted and a strawberry frosted and a small black coffee. i got a chocolate frosted and a maple frosted and a scalding coffee. no good morning, no have a nice day. won’t go back ever. my suggestion, DONT TURN ON YOUR OPEN SIGN UNTIL YIUR ATTITUDE IS READY FOR BUSINESS. I threw away my order and went to Panera 5 minutes away on 14 mile at Oakland mall where i was greeted by “good morning “ and left with “have a nice day” date 5/12/23

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese in a croissant. Got an egg and cheese sandwich.??? One guy working the counter...took 1 order at a time. What's the problem?

This is the only Dunkin'I will go to in my area. I have one within walking distance, and I'd still rather drive to this one instead. Never a problem with items ordered. Friendly staff. Cheaper than the competition!

they gave me plain bagel bites instead of the everything bagel bites which they couldve been out but didnt care to inform me same as they didnt care about putting my donuts and items in bag nicely seems to all me thrown in there

If you don't like your job work somewhere else. I have been to this location twice in the last month. I have worked in customer service my whole life, first rule of thumb you smile and welcome everyone. We are the ones that truly pay you to work their, not your boss or company. I don't appreciate you rushing me and than tossing my box of donuts at me. I don't appreciate you rolling your eyes at me when I ask questions. There is a tim Hortons right next door that sells everything you do, I'll be bring my business their. Peace

This place is not open on hours that described. I came at 10:05 there was a guy inside that was ignorig people knocking. There was me and few more people. Would not recommend to visit

No complaints. DD donuts and coffee are way better than Tim Horton's in my opinion. My coffee was good and I got some Halloween donuts for my son and I and they were super cute and tasty 😊.
