Great amazing burgers! Service was amazing Danielle the waitress was wonderful and very respectful! Will definitely be back.

So what happened to this place? I used to eat here all the time because the food was so good. I loved the fish and chips because you got such huge pieces of fish and they were cooked perfectly. Well tonight the fish was awful and the pieces were so small. Even the French fries were terrible, flat and Rick hard. What a shame.

It's always good to be here, the food is good, people are friendly, they always try to make things works even in covid situation. Update: The French fries here is always amazing, when comes to burger whisky river BBQ is the best option. It used to be my favorite burger place but not the best anymore. But it still good.

Nice place to chill after work with a loved one. Our waitress moved quickly and very well mannered. Burgers were delicious, the taste we were craving. I also enjoyed my Margarita it was just right in flavor, not too strong but a distinct flavor. Not overcrowded, a good ambiance in the atmosphere.

This place is bad. Every time my family eats here it takes forever for the food to arrive. So if you enjoy waiting around for your food and spending an hour and a half plus to order (on a slow day), receive food, mess up the order, and wait for them to fix it, then this is the place for you. They always mess up the orders or the food is cold. The last time we went my husband, 2 kids, and I got our food first. Then 20 minutes later my 3rd kid received his food and the rest of us were already done eating. It took forever to get any refills on drinks and bottomless fries. On previous visits this past year, my husband ordered a burger and fries and they arrived cold. He sent it back and it still wasn’t hot. I ordered a daiquiri with alcohol and they gave me a virgin one. On a separate visit, we walked in and we’re ignored for 10 minutes while workers walked by ignoring us.. no greeting or anything. The list goes on…my son ordered burgers and chips and received burger and fries instead. He mentioned it and received chips 15 minutes later after he had already finished his burger. We keep giving Red Robin second, third, forth chances…no idea why. Needless to say we are done with Red Robin and we will never be going back.

They changed their salad portions to a much smaller plate. Also barely any lettuce in my salad. Asked the waitress if they changed portions and she said yes. Bummer. Also... Restaurant ALWAYS have dirty sticky tables and floors.

Not much positive to say. As soon as I was seated, my pants became wet because they had just wiped it without drying it first or warning me. Fine, but then we ordered drinks and the waitress forgot one. We ordered ranch and she forgot that too. It happens, but we ordered a fish sandwich without mayo and it came with it anyways. So I had them replace it. The replacement was brought out by a manager, who didn't seem to care that it was clearly overdone (see photo) and had very little pico sauce. Not one thing was cleaned from the table for the entire visit. Napkins and straw wrappers and smelly food. We watched our waitress sweep literally nothing from the same few spots of carpet in slow motion instead of cleaning our table or asking if we needed a refill. Needless to say, I don't see why anyone would want to come here nowadays. This used to be a great restaurant though.

Red Robin is consistently good food. I have enjoyed everything that I've ordered from the onion rings to the whiskey River chicken sandwich. Their selection of options to customize your meal is pretty good though I would like to see a wrap (not lettuce) as an option for more items. Their fries are thick cut and seasoned well, and the garlic fries have actual garlic on them! Pretty intense but still happily indulged in a few. Atmosphere is OK, both red Robin's I've been to (Michigan and Illinois) were a bit worn and dusty. Lots of tvs with sports on and the waitress was attentive and friendly.

Short review: it's a good Red Robin if you've ever been to one. If you never have, it's a good burger joint with bottomless fries. Enough to fill a stomach without being too expensive. Long review: the host and wait staff are very kind. We ate during the week and before a dinner rush, so there was no wait time. We placed our orders with some modifications and got them how we wanted. Definitely a little messy but still delicious and one of the better Red Robin's i have been to in recent memory.

The food was good and timely. What made our visit perfect was our server Emerald. She was the best. Her great attitude and attention to detail was fantastic. She made our visit so pleasurable. I can't say enough great things about how well she represented herself and Red Robin. What a great person.

Staff could be a little more friendly. K walked in and said I was here for a pickup. He said, "Go to the bar." No smile and no hi. Food was great. I ordered 12 meals for my employees. This is the 2nd time I have treated them to Red Robin's in Madison Heights. Both times, the orders were correct and tasted wonderful. Only think that was frustrating is we had about qty:24 4oz sauce on the side and they weren't labeled so we had to do smell test and wish for the best.

Our server, Jenn was awesome. She was attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious as always! Normally, I get a mushroom and swiss burger but today I had a taste for fish. My last experience with all you can eat COD (ar a different restaurant) didn't go over well. I am so happy to say that this experience was so much better. It wasn't all you can eat but the portion was generous and delicious. The fish was light and fluffy on the inside fried golden brown on the outside. It was so good and I know I said it was delicious but it bears repeating! I've never been disappointed at Red Robin Yum

Service was good. Food was delicious. Kids had chicken tenders and fries, loved them. Fries were crispy and well seasoned. My wife and I had burgers, also delicious, cooked perfectly. Tried the cheesy bacon fondue, and it was a game changer with those steak fries. Highly recommend.

My bf is a vegetarian and he asked for the whiskey river bbq burger with a veggie patty. It took 20 minutes for us to get our water and another 20 minutes for our food. After we return from this establishment and went to our hotel. When we went to sleep, a few hours later I hear him puking. I rush up to see if he is okay. He's not. He's in pain. He can't even think straight. We knew it had to be the Red Robin serving him veggie patties that were also cooked with meat. Which causes him to get really really sick. Absolutely awful experience.

Chicken was cold. Burger was not prepared correctly. Out of Chardonnay, don't have my beer on tap, and I really miss the old appetizers, the latest selection is not that appealing to us. Server kept forgetting to bring silverware. Just a bad experience today.

I have been to Red Robin quite a few times and I understand that every restaurant isn't exactly the same. The food arrived and the french fries were cold and my burger was rather sloppy and seemed to be room temperature. I wasn't expecting a 5 star dining experience especially since I was only eating a burger and some fries but they could have brought the food out sooner and maybe it would have been hotter. I usually enjoy the burgers at Red Robin but this is the first time that my burger wasn't great.

Salmon burger was bland. Was given 10 skimpy sweet potato fries. I took the salmon home, seasoned it, and ate it for lunch. My husband's meal was great. He had a salad.

We went to the Madison hats Red Robin on Saturday 9/3 2022 and it was not busy. The food was great but the waitress was terrible. Took her probably 10 minutes to take our order and probably another 25 to bring out the food which was cold. The couple behind us were upset, they had asked for more fries (bottomless fries) and never got them. They Finally just asked for the bill to get out. She never came back to check on the 3 of us and we finally asked the manager for more fries which she brought out promptly. When we got our bill she charged my sister-in-law the correct amount on her bill and charged us for my wife and I the correct amount for our bill plus gave us another separate bill for the same amount as my sister-in-laws bill. 4 bills for 3 people. The whole time we were waiting for our food and bill and refill on the fries she stood in the back talking with her Bo workers. Very lousy service!! We Jane gone there and to the hall rd location and service was fantastic. We world not go back or recommend going to the Madison hgts location!

The service was FANTASTIC!! The Bleu Ribbon Burger with onion straws, gourmet steak sauce, crispy onion straws and blue cheese crumbles was the best ever. I wish there was an option for 4 and a 1/2 stars on the food because the only downside was the cold side of onion straws. A fresh & hot batch came later. The salad was great too. Try this burger!

This was an amazing lunch at this location. Our server Keith was a rockstar! He took great care of us & was super-nice! The food was awesome, arrived as we ordered it and the wait time was just right!!

Red Robin has always been a great place to get a burger, yesterday I decided to try a different kind compared to what I usually order. Decided to get the Madlove burger it's actually pretty good except for the fact that the relish flavor was too overpowering (for me), my husband decided to get a fish and chips and was disappointed with the taste it was bland and just so so (coleslaw was good though). But their bottomless sides are always a plus for me. And another PROS of this location we always get a great service from our server. We will definitely be back and try their other burgers.

So disappointed with our experience. We are frequent diners at this location. Tonight we arrived at 9:20 as the Google listing states that they're open until 10. We were greeted by a hostess who asked, "Are you dining in?".. we said yes and she proceeded to ask, "Just for 2?" We again answered yes. She then immediately said, "I'm sorry but we're not taking any more tables tonight". She states that we'd be able to order to-go at the bar. We asked to speak to the manager, who told us they can't seat anyone else due to the fact that they had a fire in the kitchen! Then, how, would they be able to do a carry out??? Why did she ask if it was to be a table for 2?

Hi. The good first. I've always had great service here. Doesn't matter if I'm at the bar or the regular seating area. I'm not sure if my taste has changed or if the food here is about as good as fast food. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and the "chicken" had the consistency of fake meat. It reminded me of the Subway chicken breast. I don't recommend it.

There were 8 of us yesterday! Brianna was our waitress, she was so busy, but gave excellent service! Our food was great! I had a bacon cheese burger cooked medium (pink)! Perfect! Our mozzarella sticks were delicious!

My family ordered take out this evening and our entire order was incorrect!!! Our burgers were MISSING almost all of their toppings. We ended up pulling out ingredients from the refrigerator and adding toppings ourselves. The burgers were overcooked and 1/4 of the size they normally are. We ordered seasoned fries and no one had seasoned fries. We will not be going back. I do not recommend. At a time when so many businesses need support and revenue, this is sadly no longer a place we will be going. Spend your money elsewhere. The quality you receive is not what you pay for— very disappointing.

Server was very pleasant and helpful. If your cold nature be sure to carry a jacket/ sweater. Salads are always delicious, especially since I can never decide on a burger. The garlic fries are delicious, just need a little seasoning and full coverage on the sauce not just some of the fries. I'm very appreciative that many of the drinks (non alcoholic) are refillable. Pack your patients if you go at peak hours. Cost seem pretty fair for the portion.
