Terrible service. I placed my order and sat at the window for 7-8 minutes after I ordered. I had to go in and get my food and was subjected to the manager's rude and disrespectful behavior. On top of that, they messed up my order. I ordered a double fish sandwich and they gave me a single.

I ordered a hamburger plain and a cheeseburger plain because they typically slop so much mustard on them that you can not eat them while driving without ruining your shirt. The burgers were covered on both sides with a thick layer of salt and pepper. It tasted terrible. I suspect this was done to punish us for inconveniencing them by having placed a special order. I do not feel safe eating at an establishment that does things like this.

Twice in a row I went at night & was disrespected by 2 different “men” for wanting my order corrected. I got treated like an inconvenience & CALLED OUT OF MY NAME both times for me wanting my chocolate shake to actually be chocolate, the well done fries I asked/paid for to be well done & my mcchichens to be made with the lettuce/mayo THEIR SUPPOSED TO COME WITH. Then the manager slammed the window in my face & refused to provide dudes name for corporate. & ofc both guys, both times refused to come back to the window after disrespecting me. Mind you, I was NEVER rude until I was disrespected!!!

Do you love cold fries? Do you love being served raw beef? Do you like being served stale buns? Do you like have your order made incorrectly? Yeah, me neither, but thats about all you can expect from this location. I have tried so many times to give this place a chance but they always fall short. There may be a short period here and there when upper management actually enforces quality of food and orders, but within a couple weeks its back to the same poor quality food and service every time. Your best bet is to come here during a lunch rush, otherwise, expect to be disappointed.

I like to promote businesses and if you were to look at most of my reviews I try to be positive but honest. I have gone through the drive through a ton at this McDonald's and for the most part no significant issues... until today. I went through with 2 of my kids and we ordered (2) 4b's and 1 4c. I used to request fresh fries but not today we were kind of in a hurry... when I say we were given the worst Fries I've ever seen or eaten in 40yrs I'm not exaggerating. I CAN NOT possibly imagine how someone literally scooped out the fries and put them in our cartons then our bag based on the condition they were in. They were the most burnt crunchy fries I've ever seen or tried to eat. You spend $25 for 3 meals, each a sandwich and fries and that's what you give your customers? They were so bad just in general appearance there could not have been any way they didn't notice. It was pure laziness on their part and no concern for what kind of quality they give their customers. There is another McDs a few miles down John R rd and after today they will become my first choice. This wasn't a slight overlook.. I can handle that and do all the time with fast food. Not this one... btw.. my daughters chicken sandwich had to underside parts of the bun. My chicken sandwich had mayo all over the place in the box... Definitely not their finest hour. I did try to call and tell them directly but no one answered.

I work at a machine shop right by this location. A co-worker went to McDonald's to get us some lunch. When he got back and opened the bag. All our burgers weren't even wrapped, fry's just dumped in bag, and, food was cold. He went back up there, they handed him 2 Mcdouble's, and walked away. Didn't even fix all of our food. Sunday 20th at 1:50pm. So mad right now... No more getting lunch from them. I work hard for my money too, but I do my job right. They should to.

They close their lobby/play place at 7pm. Nothing on Google says this nor do they have any signs on their building. Drove over here only to be asked to leave 10 min later. Then after I rounded up my kids (crying from disappointment after no play place), I tried to walk out to find out they’d LOCKED US INSIDE. They also got our order wrong, in 2 different ways. (Not sure how you mess up an order that only consists of 2 happy meals and a Coke but they managed…) The interior is also messy and their play place needs serious repair. Give this place a miss.

I go in there. Everybody's cussing all the employees saying the n-word and then the manager on her phone ignoring everybody at the they really need to retrain some of these employees and tell managers not to be on their phones while on the clock. You do that off work.

The drive through lane is poorly managed. I ordered online and went to pick up from this store. When I told them the code, they asked to come up on the pickup window. On the pickup window they said my order was not in yet and asked me to go again in the drive thru lane. They just killed me with waiting twice for a cup of coffee. Ahhhh!!!!!!

They apparently don’t know how to manage two drive thru lanes. I sat there while three cars in the other lane were helped AFTER I had gotten there. No amount of “hellos” or “excuse me” got anyone’s attention so I left. For quality and great customer service, go down the road to the McDonald’s on Dequindre south of Big Beaver.

Don't bother. waste of time. GMO food. look at the people that work there; they eat the food. not to criticize, but eat healthier, please.

Don’t usually have issues with food or staff, but there are no lobby hours posted anywhere online or in person. Have traveled here a few times just to not even be able to order because I can’t drive.

The food was good, but the lady behind the counter was rude . I helped a couple who didn't know how to order from the kiosk , who was trying to get help from the workers who completely ignored the couple. Just help people, it takes just a few minutes of kindness and these days we need all the kindness we can get. And another thing,your in customer service act like it 😘.

I was a passenger while my friend got food she was treated poorly, they gave her opened ranch and stale nuggets, we came back AGAIN they told us get a refund or wait 40 minutes but to move because other people are waiting for their food. That’s not fair and too long to wait when your on your lunch break.

11/26/23 5:30pm 1* Went through the drive through, and they got our order wrong. And the person's order behind us. And the family's after us. Did not respond to the doorbell. We were all waiting.

They were not busy at 6:40pm and somehow the Happy Meal never got boxed up . And my Crispy Chicken sandwich never made it into the bag either. Tried calling them but ooooppps. No one is home!!!

The atmosphere was rainy and noisy. Couldn't go inside. Otherwise, everything else was normal.

Absolute joke. Waited 15 minutes in the drive through order, being told they are short staffed. Just to have a car pull up in the 2nd line and place their order immediately. What a joke.

The lobby was accidentally opened, and I meandered in. Instead of telling me to leave, they accepted my order. Everyone was working well together. Thank you guys for paying more and being a respectable business. Please open up the lobby. 🥺

Food was fresh and piping hot. The sauce wasn't all over the place like allot of them are.

Ordered 4 McDoubles and a large fry, the mcdoubles were sloppily wrapped and were missing pickles and onions and only a drop of ketchup and mustard. Fries were stale and rock hard. Terrible experience

It's the most well known and trafficked fast food restaurant for a reason - it's consistent, it's relatively cheap and it's everywhere. This location served up fresh burgers that were started after we ordered (a good thing!), alongside cold drinks and yummy shakes. Will be back at this location on the next road trip.

Service is always good at this location however they were down to one drive-thru Lane.

Every time I come here, usually at night, the chicken nuggets and fries are freshly made and hot. Drive thru service is a little slow but understandable; lack of workers. One of my favorite locations. I have McDonald's closer to my home but prefer this location.

Very friendly staff! Had a mix up with our order (which was our fault) and they couldn’t of been nicer and more professional about it. Food was great and despite the mix up, a very positive experience.

Always a great location, the line was long today so I decided to go in. I started to have a lil trouble with the selfservice ordering, right as I was getting frustrated Chase came right from behind the counter to help, he was very friendly and made sure everything was correct before I finished my order, most location the employee Always seem to busy or rushed to help but not Chase, he came right over with out asking Thanks again!

It's fast food over all ok dining room floor dirty. Hit or miss sometimes great fast service. Other time super slow service. Ice tea is unpredictable sometime good other times bad.

Good, fresh fries and food, order process was easy. Establishment was clean and employees were friendly. No trays were used when food was served for dine-in, only bags.

My wife and I have visited this particular McDonalds on several occasions, and every single occasion if we encounter Dave B. (the manager) our experience is beyond exceptional. Dave always leads his team to provide hot food in an expedient manner. There are two McDonalds are a couple mile vicinity of my home. This particular location is the only one we visit because of the service rendered. Dave does a fantastic job, and he does it consistently.

Quick and easy to get the food. Soft serve cone ice cream and milkshake along with fries, was fresh. The store associates were quick to get the food to the reserved spot pick up!

Even though it looked open at 10:30 at night no one answered the drive-thru sat there for 10 minutes with no one answering I would recommend at the 9:00 at night don't go there. Watch your orders there I went there today May 25th on my lunch break at work order the two for six Big mac and a medium fry I didn't know until I got back to work I only had one Big Mac with hamburger in it the fries tasted cold as if they've been sitting for a minute along with the Big Mac with 1 Patty in it.

Ordered a mcgriddle, but they gave me the wrong order and I was going to school, so I couldn't turn around and correct them. Great caramel macchiato

I used this McDonald regularly. I have actually never had an order that was wrong from them, I don't know how they manage this but that is great management and caring employees who can have this record. I don't have any complaint about the food . I am not going to review the food since anyone in America should already know about MickeyD food, other than to say that it is exactly what I expect, and that to is very good.

Listen I understand this is a drive through- problems happen when it comes to making your food and ordering. Although customer service is still customer service. If you’re in costumer service- be a kind and friendly person. I work in customer service. And this shows it is not everyone’s strong suit. This wasn’t the best experience- order was wrong , and manager was very unprofessional and rude. Lost my business.
