Got my order right for the first time in a while. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit were made right and looked good. Hash browns were good and hot but the cup of gravy was pretty short of a cup, more like 1/2 at the most. They never stop disappointing one way or another. It's the simple things they get wrong constantly.

Worst McDonalds EVER! No matter what you order, you will be pulling into a parking spot or along the sidewalk to wait 5-20 minutes for your food. This happens no matter what time of the day! Then just hope you receive the correct food! Needs to work on management of the team! Also, clean the restaurant- dining room is always disgusting! In the end it’s all about management!

Ordered pumpkin pie and a medium chocolate shake they handed me a vanilla shake and when I told them it was suppose to be chocolate the lady in the drive through was rude rolled her eyes pumped chocolate in a new cup then dumped the vanilla shake directly into the cup with chocolate unmixed and shoved it back at us what kind of service is this McDonald’s?? This is not customer service and not what I paid for it’s not my fault it was made wrong and I was nice when I told them it was wrong. 9/21/23 1pm

Definitely should not have a worker doing deep breathing exercises at the front desk... very rude.. I came in to let the worker know they forgot my nuggets and the girl at the front desk start looking at her friend doing deep breathing and hand movements like I'm not right there. All you had to do is say we will get them for you... if your an owner and see this check the cameras and see for yourself.. that was very rude and disrespectful and she should definitely get something said to her

Order happy meals all chicken nuggets but one and sweet tea with no ice and we was given two with nuggets and two cheese burgers and was given unsweetened tea with ice. I would give zero star if I could. And fries was cold and we ate in parking lot.

7 days a week I get an iced coffee and maybe a day or 2 it’ll taste good. It’s like playing Russian Roulette. Train your people to make an iced coffee worth drinking

Terrible, if I could give 0 stars I would: manager Lesley was extremely rude and confrontational with me after I came inside for my receipt. Went the through drive thru for food paid for it didn't get a receipt, and was told pull to the 3rd window....waited a few minutes before going inside the lobby she came out and tried to escalate the situation being snappy, I asked was everything ok she continued talking to me in a condescending demeaning tone and refused to give me a receipt threw my food onto the counter in front of her coworkers refused to give me a receipt she made a huge deal out of something so small and called the police after throwing my food and getting into my face... now If I would have dragged her or if she would've touched me and I would've had to defend myself especially over a receipt I could've lost my life over a receipt what if the cops came and assumed I was a threat before reviewing the camera footage so I just left .....I've never been a person to be rude to food service workers so i really didnt understand where her energy came from or why it was directed at me ...for one i go to this McDonald's all the time its less than 5 mins from my house so yeah I want my money back lol and I'll drive to trimble Rd or Lexington Ave next time or just days for me lol never coming if Lesley going to try to fight me over a receipt she should never be managing a store maybe anger management would be more fitting she on a powertrip or just really racist . Oh and my mcChicken for some reason had French dressing and tartar sauce and mayo so yeah ......I just want my money back

Very disappointed to drive my 80 year old parents there for cheeseburger day and they don't honor the 50 cent cheeseburger. You had the chance to make people feel good about your product as a stand out just one day. You blew it.
