Wonderful walking trail, plenty of open space. My family loves walking here.

We have been coming here for years to run the dog. She loves it, it's quiet and creepy sometimes but drenched in history. Summer months are horrendous with mosquitoes. Any other season will do.

I was going to write something strange and changed my mind because some people just don't understand those sorts of things. It's really a beautiful Metro Park and extraordinary in its maintenance. The paths are shorter than many others but that's fine. The only 'problem' is the mosquitos were awful back in August/early September. Don't know where they were coming from to make them so bad. By bad, I mean swarming and biting through clothes like tiny, starving vampires. Otherwise it's lovely and quiet.

Beautiful. Great park. Two really nice easy trails. A few spots to get down to the river. Can get swampy in the rainy season. And the mosquitoes are relentless during summer. But fall and winter are fantastic. My furry daughter loves walking and sniffing there. Occasionally run into irresponsible owners that don't have leashed pets. Ridiculous and frustrating. But you can't fix stupid! I always carry pepper spray.

Great place to take a dog to walk . Just a lot of mosquitoes so always pack that spray! But was wondering if it’s okay to swim in the water bc it can be so clear.

Most of the trails are under water and it hasn't rained in awhile. They need to try and fix that.

Nice picnic tables. No mosquitoes, but many many sweat bees. There is a 1.4 mi hiking trail, but we did not walk it. Enjoyed watching model plane stunt flying across the road.

Love this place! It's secluded and quiet!
