I do not recommend. I came in wanting acrylic tips and they recommended dip because it was cheaper.. online I saw $55 for acrylic so wasn’t expecting to be charged more than that for a basic set. I received one color, shorter length, no designs and a basic topcoat (no gel) and was charged $65. I was just curious where that price came from and the man at the front desk told me the extension (tip) costed an additional $25 pretty rudely. On top of it all I was cut on the side of my finger from a dirty file that had clearly been used on multiple other clients and never received an apology when addressed.

UPDATE** Still LOVE Diamond Nails! They are by far the best in town. Always willing to try new designs and go above and beyond to make their clients happy. Went to a different place while on vacation and the quality was nothing like the quality of Diamond Nails. I will never go anywhere else! Been going to Diamond Nails for years and I’ll never go any place else! Massage chairs are A++, tons of options for dip, gel, designs. Anything you want they can help you make it happen! I typically go in with a picture of what I want and that makes it easier for the manicurist to see my vision. They are very busy on weekends, but they always make sure I am happy with my nails before I leave.

I am a little late to writing this review, but here we go! I've gotten the Gentleman's Pedicure here a couple times and I always recieve the greatest service. From the moment you walk through the doors to the moment you leave, everyone is super polite and friendly. The chairs are massage chairs. Usually, I hate massage chairs because they're too aggressive or just don't feel good at all, but the chairs here are actually super comfortable and relaxing. I always feel rejuvenated after I leave. My feet and legs feel so light and refreshed, when i walk, I feel like I'm floating. I have to put my shoes back on and drive back home, but even by the time I get home, I still feel super relaxed. I've gone with my cousin and my best friend, and we are always seated together. I am usually done first since they get other treatments that take a little longer, such as getting polish done, and they always let me stay seated in the massage chair while I wait. I'd like to become a regular customer and I'm excited to get back to Madison so I can continue to come in. I initially was hesitant to get a treatment like this because I don't like people touching or seeing my legs or feet, but everyone there made it such a comfortable environment that I was able to relax and enjoy the whole treatment. I'm very glad that we decided to come to this spot for our first pedicure experience. I don't see myself going anywhere else. If you are on the fence about where to get a good treatment in Madison, look no further. This is your spot! Thanks again to all the employees and the owner!

This is my favorite nail salon in Madison! I have to wash my hands a lot for work and my gel nail polish usually peels off within a week anywhere else I go and I usually have bad hangnails if a salon trims my cuticles. This is the ONLY place I’ve been to that my nails last 3+ weeks and I have no issuers with my cuticles. It’s a great price and my nail techs always do an incredible job. I’ve only had one less than great incidence in the 10+ times I’ve been coming and it was immediately rectified. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating to getting an appointment. They offer beverages while you are getting your nails done and are so friendly. Cassandra is one of my favorite nail techs and highly recommend her!

I went here for my wedding nails and had a phenomenal experience. They allowed me to try 6 different colors before selecting the one that was just right. The service was great and my nails looked perfect. We even got wine! I highly recommend this place.

Nicole was absolutely amazing! I am so indecisive and she checked in with what I wanted every step of the way to make sure I didn’t want to change my mind! It was $60 for a dip manicure with extensions so not bad at all! They got me in day of and were super quick!

I don’t go anywhere else to get my nails done! One of my manicures chipped two days after getting it done (it wasn’t their fault—my nail tore) and Dan told me to stop in and they’d take care of it. I didn’t have an appointment, but they were absolutely wonderful! If I could give 6 stars, I would.
