I’ve been at Longfellow Lofts for almost three years (with time spent living in both the modern and historic buildings) and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The Longfellow Lofts Manager, Tammy, is AWESOME! She is the best apartment manager I’ve ever had. It’s evident that she truly cares about the buildings’ residents (and our pets!). Tammy is so helpful, friendly, and responsive—and she often goes above and beyond to ensure our living experience is as positive and comfortable as possible. In addition, the buildings are safe, well-kept, pet-friendly, and in a great neighborhood—and the maintenance staff, especially Ziggy, are awesome, too. I would highly recommend Longfellow Lofts to any future residents!

I can not say enough amazing things about this apartment! We truly miss living there. It is so clean and very well kept. Ziggy is always on top of maintenance issues and is very helpful. Maddy and Mark were amazing and truly care about the Longfellow community. The regular community events were another great bonus. It is a WONDERFUL apartment complex and very dog friendly.

Simply the best apartment building I have ever lived in. All staff are amazing and very very kind. Apartments are quiet, spacious, and worth every aspect. Mark, Maddi, and Ziggy are the best ever!

I loved living here! By far the best apartment I have had! Tammy and Ziggy were over the top amazing! Tammy was always so sweet and had everything we ever needed and quick to respond. She is the best property manager. Ziggy was always a joy to come over and fix anything we needed, he was always kind and diligent. Would 100% recommend living here not just because it is an awesome apartment, but because of the management.

Longfellow lofts is hands down the best facility I have ever lived in. Tammy Dian is the BEST property manager I have ever had. She was accommodating, attentive, always always provides us with treats and fun events (it's the little details that count), and will always respond to questions night or day. I loved living here and am jealous of anyone else that gets to stick around.

I lived at Longfellow for two years in one of the gorgeous two bedrooms in the modern building. I LOVED this apartment. I would never consider living in another apartment in Madison - we're only moving due to purchasing a house! Tammy is the BEST property manager ever - she was always so prompt with communication. And Ziggy was a light during our time there as well. I do not have a single complaint from my two years at Longfellow. From the first day when we moved in (Tammy had a nice welcome package and was so helpful with our move) to the very last day, this experience has been nothing but amazing. Living at Longfellow as two young single women, we never felt unsafe - the neighborhood is quiet but close enough to all the fun. I will miss living at Longfellow so much. Truly made me fall in love with Madison

Longfellow Lofts was the perfect place to live, near walking/bike paths, fun restaurants, close to downtown, in a homey neighborhood. We loved our unit which was clean, up to date and spacious! Tammy was extremely helpful every step of the way. Never had any issues or complaints about this place at all. It was my favorite apartment complex I have lived in and cannot recommend this place enough!

Living at Longfellow Lofts was an incredible experience! We lived in the historic building which was wonderful, since it held so many historic components while also having updated appliances. The auditorium was a great addition, especially the wrapping station during the holidays. Tammy, Ziggy, and the rest of the staff were truly the best management team that I’ve had. They were attentive and punctual with any requests or concerns. I couldn’t possibly recommend Longfellow Lofts more if you’re looking for a great experience in a beautiful neighborhood!
