Should be named "Last Choice Dental". The doctor's good, but the reception are staff are horrible. They are completely unprofessional and not attentive to the needs of the patient. Fortunately, I had a really nice time with the doctor, he was very informative and kind, but the poor conversation with the reception area staff has made me decide not to go back again.

South Park st. Office Rock's...Jennifer was the best! My teeth needed some deep cleaning and she was very patient with me as my appointment went way into her lunch break..she made me feel good about taking care of my dental health and assured me that my teeth weren't the worst case. The front desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable and very upbeat! I also took my 4 yr old to his first appointment there and we will continue to go there in the future! Thank you!

I’ve been going to First Choice Dental since 2016, but today was my last day going back. Like others have mentioned before me, one of the front desk ladies is very curt and cold. Not welcoming, not understanding, not empathetic. Just not good customer service at all. Edit because I’m unable to reply: below you’ll find where they falsely accuse me of arriving “more than 15 minutes” late to my appointment. So on top of having horrible customer service they also lie.

The person at the desk was so rude that she hung up on my call when I asked for an appointment for a bad toothache. They think my pain can wait more than a month and my cleaning can wait 8 months because they canceled it. They are extremely absent-minded and lack professionalism They should change their job if they don't like dealing with people, I felt humiliated

This was my first vist. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I haven't been to the dentist is a long time our of fear and by the time I left I felt more relaxed and comfortable. Good team of people. And they love golf.

Dr. Lee and Dr. Baima are fantastic and really care about you getting the best treatment you needs. Dr. Fick is also excellent, though I always end up feeling bruised and sore after he does his work. I can't hold it against him since I have TMJ issues along with needing crown work on my molars.

One of the best dental experiences of my life. When the dentist found out I was moving he made a way to squeeze me in weeks ahead of regular availability to get my crown done before I left town. Then, the day I was supposed to have my crown installed, the dentist went home sick. But they were still able to squeeze me in. Even though it was obviously a busier than normal morning, everyone was polite, professional, and the dentist took great care to ensure everything was perfect--no rushing at all. Highly recommend this office and these dentists.
