I am most grateful for this birthday gift. I was greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist and directed upstairs for my first spa treatment, which was a massage with Leslie. I also had a wonderful lunch and a gift of chocolates. The women I met, while I was waiting between treatments were so kind and welcoming. I definitely look forward to opportunities to return here with my friends and family.

This was my first time at Terramé and oh my gosh! Latisha did an amazing job trimming my split ends and giving me the layers and framing I wanted! She also took the time to teach me how to style my layers at home as I’m not very good at that stuff. The first pic is my reference pic and second is me. Highly recommend her!

I have had two unexpected cancellations in the past couple of months and you have all been extremely patient and kind to me in spite of this and I’d especially like to recognize and thank Anthony for his patience. He’s always kind and attentive to my requests in terms of what my haircut requests are and he’s always super cool and helpful with me and whatever I’m asking for, or about. I think he’s a really cool guy. I only wish I could tip him more than I do.

It was my first prenatal massage. Throughout the appointment all I could think was, “why haven’t I done this sooner?!” It was the best experience. Ariel made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. She was sweet and very accommodating. Don’t think twice and book your appointment. I will definitely be returning!

This was my second massage with Leslie, and I'm once again extremely impressed by her. Leslie is a consummate professional with impeccable skills, training, customer service, and a warm inviting personality. I will definitely request her services again, and I will also tell all my colleagues and family about my great experience at Terramé Madison.

This was the first spa day I ever had. I booked the Terramé Experience spa package, and it was the ultimate treat yourself experience! After slipping into a comfy robe my day started with Ariel for a combo massage, Ariel was so kind and so beautiful inside and out. She talked to me per my request. I learned a lot from her. Ariel in short is a wonderful person. My facial with Andrea followed the massage, I enjoyed her company, and she made me feel very calm and checked on me multiple times on how everything was feeling. On to spa lunch, the lunch was spectacular. I had a couple of drinks, then back into clothes for my mani/pedi, my nail tech was just as sweet and checked multiple times to ensure what she was doing was in my vision. The front staff were all very kind and welcoming. By far it was a wonderful experience.

I came in from out of town and Terrame had been recommended to me. It didn't disappoint! Stephanie was friendly and helpful. She did a great job with my hair and it still looks good the day after. I also liked the salon layout as the open concept felt warm and relaxing. Lastly, the chosen products for my service were spot on and the cost of the service was very fair. I'll come again when I'm in town!

We had a father daughter pedicure morning. Our first time their. I have had a few before, so this is not my first Pedi, however. I would absolutely go back. My daughters also had a facial, so I too advantage of the men's waiting area. Nice touch. Every person I spoke with was inviting and I felt welcome to be there. Facilities are excellent as is the atmosphere.
