I LOVE the staff here!! Sure, the pool is great and I love the convenience of having a full kitchen in my very clean, well decorated, spacious room; BUT it is the staff here that make this extended stay my home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality!

Hotel staff is very nice the hotel is very very clean the manager jermaine is awesome I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area this was like a home away from home highly satifisfied overall with my stay.

Very quick to resolve any issue that may arise regarding quality of services or services rendered. Amazing staff both day and night! I have been staying at this hotel for 2 months now and don't want to go anywhere else.

Dirty and noisy. The entire room smelled weird. I had to buy a mop to clean the floor because it was sticky. The toilet bowl was digustingly dirty (check the photos). Under the bed I found socks and empty bottles from other guests (also photo). The moment I turned on the shower, the water started to get stagnated. Also the upstairs neighbor was running literally all day and night (very weird). I had to call the reception to quite them down every night. The elevator is dirty as hell. At some point it had fresh coffee all over the floor that you can soak your shoes in it to go to your room with fresh coffee smell. Awful experience over all.

The mooring employees are always fun to talk to and take the time to listen and fix any concerns that may come up. Jermaine and Lindsey are absolutely amazing with the amount of work they put in to give people wonderful experiences.

Staff is great no complaints. I am a traveling medical assistant and will likely remain here until the end of my contract.

This place is amazing, the rooms are cleaned and nice and the house keepers are friendly and amazing cleaning, the front desk staff is so helpful and they really care about there guess, super helpful with anything and if there's a problem they are right on it and they get it done quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone who staying short term or long term. Best out of 1000000%, Jermaine and andy are the best, and the front desk staff will make you feel like your home away from home, and there amazing will all pets that come in the make your pets feel welcome to, thank you for all your hard work

Don't get me wrong I love this place, the staff is great and the housekeepers are wonderful. But I pay $2,200 a month and the Wi-Fi hasn't been working for about 2 hours and it goes in and out everyday and it's getting sickening for this price we should have high-speed internet with no problem that's my only complaint.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted with transitioning us from a different extended stay hotel when I booked the wrong location. Excellent room set up for our one month stay. Love that they have a full kitchen! We have stayed with them the last few years and have been happy with their services.

Highly recommend! This place is great. Helpful, polite staff. Everything in my suite was really clean. They even have a regular stove with oven. And yes, the manager Jermaine is just as awesome as his reviews. He's on it!

I understand about the covert crisis There were no utensils in the room. However there is also no ice to be provided. The shower was absolutely horrendous. The pipes. Shook like there was a ghost in there. Hot water was hard to come by. The person running the third shift on Thursday evening had no people skills whatsoever. The blankets were itchy. I don't think I will ever come back here again .

Absolutely blown away by the professionalism and care the staff puts into their work! The front desk woman Lindsey is such a sweetheart and is always so kind and helpful, she deserves a raise! Also Jermaine has gone above and beyond to make sure I have felt welcome and comfortable during my stay, the amenities are essentially a furnished apartment and I couldn't be happier with my room! I'll be recommending extended stay to everyone I know from here on out!

The rooms are clean but the hallways smell like a mixture of skunk and a dog kennel/boarding. This may be due to the fact that dogs are allowed (btw, I love dogs). The breakfast offerings are minimal (oatmeal packs, granola bars, plastic wrapped muffins). This is probably because it has a full kitchen in the room. In other words, if you want a hot breakfast make it yourself.

Can’t say enough great things about Extended Stay. I’ve been here for over 8 months for travel work assignments and have been very satisfied with my stay. Great customer service always and very helpful if I need anything. The hotel is always clean and that’s something I really love. I recommend anyone who is in the Madison area and need a short term or long term stay to visit Extended Stay (45 Junction Ct)

My family has been here for 6 weeks so far and the staff has been great. Joey and Jermaine have been so helpful and kind. Sherman has been great keeping our room supplied. The room has all we need. Kind of like a studio apartment. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Also nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Nice spacious rooms. Stayed here for 3 months on the "road" working. Would stay again.
