DO NOT LIVE HERE! Thank goodness we were able to sell our unit and get out. This place is in horrible shape, dangerous, and the renters are completely disrespectful to the property. When we lived here the police were on site multiple times a day. Our packages were stolen with our ripped up packages in the hallways, lots of drugs on the premises, people smoking in the stairwells, we found a homeless person sleeping in the stairs to the basement once, doors were constantly propped open, people were letting there dogs go to the bathroom in the hall, and the property was constantly being damaged.

I called to inquire about studio pricing and they didn't even know the prices and they weren't going to look them up because they didn't have any available right now.. Really?

Gangs, drugs, and music at 3am, but management STILL does nothing after 3 years of it.

The new manager, Edgar, is great! I called to inquire about their apartments and he was very helpful and informative. He was also very eager to schedule a tour with me. Thanks for all your help!!
