This was my first time at a Total Access Urgent Care and my experience was excellent. Very friendly staff. The person who checked me in deserves 5 stars on her own. That first point of patient contact is so important. She was patient and knowledgeable, and she made sure my needs were met. I think this will be my new, preferred urgent care.

Cannot be more pleased with my experience at this Urgent care. I am a nurse, and wish that other health care settings could be as efficient as this facility. In and out of facility within an hour with tests completed and even prescription filled. Not only efficient, but was very apparent that all staff from technicians, to billing, receptionist, etc were all very well trained! Highly recommend this location!

Was put on the waiting list by phone, & texted when it was time to come in. Kept me from sitting in the office all day to wait to be seen. Got right in when I got there. Treated kindly & professionally by staff. Was able to have all tests done that were needed, & prescriptions filled on site. Very convenient. Keeps you from having to be in a midst of a crowd. Keeps you from needing to go to a separate place to get prescriptions filled. I highly recommend. In the event I need urgent care again, this would be the place that I would choose.

Extremely impressed!!!! The organizational efficiency of patient care from the initial contact to completion of treatment and discharge is remarkable. The quality of treatment is top notch. The Care Providers are efficient, supportive and provide clear information as to the diagnosis and treatment. which comes next. The instructions of after-care information for patient follow-up are clear both verbally and printed which helps in later recall. The waiting procedure and process reduces the stress as much as is possible. The continuous position update is an amazing stress reducer by allowing tracking on your Cellphone regardless wherever you are. The time in the waiting room is almost non-existent. All in all impressive !!!

The best urgent care I’ve been too. Checked in online at home and got to wait in the comfort of my bed until it was my turn. Everyone was so friendly, listened to my concerns and was straightforward about their treatment plan. The medical team even kept checking in on me while I was getting fluids, keeping me updated on test results and apologizing for the wait. This will be the only urgent care I go to for now on. Amazing staff and providers. Huge thanks to them for being here for me and being so thorough!

Very nice experience here. Clean facilities and all of the personnel were very friendly. Making an appointment online was definitely a plus, as I could wait at home until I was 2nd in line. Very nice. Got treated in a very professional manner. Even got to watch TV as I was waiting in the room (which can be a daunting experience in itself) Will definitely use Total Access if a need arises in the future

The service that I have received each time I have visited Urgent Care has been positive, professional and I was treated with dignity and respect. The physicians and the reception managers were always professional and attentive. I am truly thankful that this facility is open and available to the community and people in need. Kudos to everyone who works there.

I have reviewed this place before but I cannot stress enough how much I love this place. I had an eye issue and saw Dr. Dan. He was absolutely amazing! It was like I was talking to a friend not a Dr. And he cared so much about my eye he told me to call him either way the next day to let him know I was okay. He even referred me to an eye specialist in case things didn't get better. I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone in the office including the ladies at the front desk that check you in and out were so friendly and cared so much about each patient. Love this TAUC so much and glad it is in our neighborhood!

My visit was done professionally, everyone was nice, friendly, took the time to listen. The PA took the time to explain my X-ray results and what type of follow up care was needed. And they fitted me with a walking boot. Was given a list of orthopedic Drs for further treatment.

The staff at TAUC was fantastic. Each person was very professional and caring. Everything that was being done was explained in detail, which helped to ease my anxiety. Reagyn (sp?) was amazing. I have had several IVs before, and they were always extremely painful. When she put my IV in, I didn’t even feel it! I was not disappointed in the care that I received. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend TAUC.

Couldn't ask for a better experience! I was referred to this specific location by a relative. We were in town for a funeral, and I unexpectedly needed to seek medical attention. Every employee was kind and made me feel very comfortable even though I was in pain and anxious about the visit. Once I was taken back to an exam room the whole appointment was less than an hour. They were quick to diagnose and even offered me a prescription on site. Each care giver from the receptionist, medical assistant, nurse and physician were are extremely kind and efficient. I wish this was close to my home! I wish I could give it 6 stars!

Loved that I could hold my place in line. Didn't have to sit for very long. That cuts down on the possibility of being around contagious people. The staff was super friendly. The doctor was sooooo patient with my mother! She LOVED his curly hair! Definitely our "go to" urgent care now! I highly recommend them!

The front desk reception was very disgusting. The receptionists bad attitude and nasty disposition while telling me my insurance wasn’t accepted was despicable. I was there with my sick child, and instead of telling me the next steps, she assumed we couldn’t afford the visit and started talking to the person behind me. Once I made it clear we were not leaving and would like to proceed even with having to pay $100, she couldn’t recover from being such a nasty person three seconds before. Not only that, she was rude and disrespectful to my elderly grandmother who was present and asking follow up questions. If she didn’t want to be at work, she shouldn’t have come that day. The doctor was kind and so was the intake nurse, however, because of the bad service at the front desk at the start and finish of our visit I have to give you a low rating and will be posting this review elsewhere.

Very good experience. Professional & sweet staff. Knowledgable physician with the best bedside manner Ive seen in a long time. I appreciate you Dr. Cornish!! Got great care & even better treatment. Dont have insurance so the cherry on top was how affordable it all was. Definitely recommend to everyone.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful! The doctor explained the different treatment options I could choose. I was out of there pretty quickly, but still received excellent care and did not feel like I was rushed. I will definitely go back to this location in the future.

I visited this location on Thursday, February 2,2023. I was given a prescription with the wrong dosage and they had me taking twice the amount I was supposed to. I didn’t find this out until I called and brought to their attention that I wasn’t given enough medication to take for the prescribed number of days and times. “Niecy” One of the nurses was so nonchalant and didn’t offer an apology until I said Wow, y’all aren’t even going to apologize for your mistake? DO NOT COME HERE!!! Thank God I didn’t have any other side effects than nausea. They don’t have to worry about me coming back, this was your one time.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to identify the problem my niece was experiencing. They provided excellent care! I highly recommend getting treatment here. The prescription drug recommended was a tad bit expensive. That's ok because I had an option to get it filled elsewhere. But my overall experience was awesome!

First time visitor and I must say the service was excellent! I was checked in quickly and seen within minutes! I am thankful such a service is within my neighborhood and recommend this urgent care to all.

Their service is outstanding. I walked in there yesterday weak and almost passing out. Daysha the lady at the desk got me in quickly. Other staff members jumped in quickly to save me. An hour later I was feeling better, got all the tests and medications I needed. I’m so grateful that they saved my life. I was suffering chronic anemia and dehydration. Thank you for being so professional. On the other hand, their billing dept sucks and whoever I spoke with to give an explanation about the bill was quick to hang up before I finished asking all my questions. I don’t have an issuing paying my bills just be upfront about it. Don’t give the excuse of the front desk staff can’t tell you.

I am grateful that this place accepts Veterans insurance (VA). I must be honest. I don't have a lot of confidence in the VA hospitals so to be able to go and get seen is a great burden lifted. The staff was very kind a receptive to me.

I had a wonderful experience when I visited the Total Access in Florissant. I could not hear anything out of my right ear. Dr. Daniel Cornish was awesome! He irrigated my ear and I could hear immediately. He was so kind and made sure I felt no discomfort during the procedure. Everyone in that office was so nice!! I highly recommend Total Access.

This Total Access Urgent Care has some really wonderful staff ⚕️. They were so understanding and very helpful. I went in on Christmas day. At 5p and was out by 715p. Megan was so caring about my dizziness. David was very patient with my anxiety. Jordan listened to me, Nor took great notes. Mo in the front records worked with us on a payment plan. Overall it was a great experience for a holiday trip to Urgent Care. They found out what was wrong with me and sent me home after I started to feel better and the medicine they gave me really is helping. I recommend to everyone, go to this spot. They care about you like family.

All the workers & staff were very professional and courteous. My medical needs were quickly dealt with. They took the time in checking out all of my health issues & providing the needed medications and instructions. I really felt comfortable with the staff & their service. All questions answered & needs met.

Both times I’ve visited TA it was a great experience. All the staff was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. I have to admit that I wasn’t thrilled at first about going to a urgent care facility in North County because the last experience at another office was very displeasing because of the staff. However, due to the circumstances I had to go here and I’m SO HAPPY I did. It was a wonderful experience. I’d encourage the entire community and beyond to all Total Access to service there needs.

Dr. Cornish was truly a wonderful doctor. He didn't just see my weight he saw me as a person. He was kind, informative, emphatic, and honest. He even called to check on me. It has been a long time since I've seen a doctor like this and I truly appreciate it. The rest of the staff was very nice as well.

Great location!! I was able to get in an out in under an hour. The service was great. The staff was professional really attentive they made me feel comfortable. From the diagnosis I was given an injection and prescription and I’m feeling better already. Thank you all!!
