2 door cards should be given to us (customer), because when i'm leaving the room, i can't go up again using lift w/o my card.. and when i bring the card, my wife can't stay in the room because the electricity turned off w/o door card..

Staff hotel is very friendly, the hotel room is clean. nice location with atm, restaurant and convenience store just beside the hotel.

Hotel staffs had helped my husband by bringing him to ICU in one of the hospitals nearby the hotel. We just can't thank you enough.

Room was clean and comfortable. The WC was leaking but they got it fixed. There is no mini fridge though and fruits that I bought would rot in a couple of days.

Beyond my expectation! It’s clean, comfy with good location! They serve a very nice bfast with an egg station and simple buffet. The guests can swim as well in the Aston pool next door for free.

First time i came here and i like it to stay here. Location is strategic, near centre city in Madiun and beside Aston Hotel. Price is okay, not too expensive. The hotel is very clean, neat , and comfy. They served us friendly and humble. If any chance again to visit Madiun, I will be back to stay in this hotel. So Lets come and stay here, enjoy your hotel :)

Room is small, but clean. Bed is good. AC is noisy. Bathroom is OK, but sink was clogged. The hotel is not at walking distance to city center. After 18:00 there are warungs closeby and there is a foodcourt nearby. Staff is friendly. Stayed 2 nights and that was enough. Tip: Renting a motor or car is impossible if you are not from Madiun. That was a disappointment. Car with driver is sometimes possible.

Room: Pros: Nice set up, clean and neat. Cond: Maybe good if room has its own bar fridge. Bathroom and toilet: Pros: Clean and neat. Cons: Need to request for shower cap and hair dryer Reception/front office service: Pros: Very friendly and helpful front office staffs. Cons: Check in process a bit slow although we came for check in around 5pm. Some miscommunication from front staff when we tried to extend our stayed. But it was resolved promptly afterwards. Breakfast: Pros: Great food choices and taste. Appreciate the head chef passion for food. 👍 Cons: The breakfast area is a bit too dark and gloomy. Overall comments: Great hotel to choose from if you want good sevice without high price tags.

I stayed in the favehotel for 4 night and 5 days. The hotel is located in the middle of the city Madiun. The hotel room is quite nice, the air con works well also hotel room is pretty clean, they tidy up my room almost every day which is really good. The buffet breakfast is nice but every day with the same menu. The service quite is quite nice also the price is affordable. If you wanna stay longer and try to get affordable hotel, this fave hotel is recommended.

It's nice and comfortable hotel. Minimalist but clean. Water dispenser available at every floor. This hotel connected with Aston Hotel Madiun. At 2nd floor, you can find cafe, XO signature restaurant and Mini Mart (Indomaret).
