    The lack of stars is due to the appointment system which is terrible, they don't answer the phone, if you send an email they call you and if the call is cut off they don't call you again. And if you do it via the web, they refer you to an unsafe page that for me is not even the hospital's. Thank goodness the doctors are excellent and so are the reception staff.

    The girls who work at the outpatient reception desk treat people very roughly. They raise their voices very quickly. And I think they could be much better.

    ENT doctors charge you for moving from the chair, for every thing they do they charge you a co-payment. Ask before they give you the fund if it is covered by the policy or if it is a special test

    It is impossible to request an appointment by phone. I have called 12 times today at different times and after waiting more than 5 minutes on each call for them to pick up, it automatically hangs up. I have also left my information for them to call me back and they don't call. In the end this harms the hospital but also the doctors because they lose patients due to poor management.

    Un hospital con una gran variedad de especialidades y profesionales muy atentos. Las instalaciones nuevas y poca espera para las consultas. Agradezco personalmente el trato de la recepcionista de la sala de endoscopias. Todo el rato pendiente de los pacientes y familiares. Un encanto de persona.

    Yesterday I went to ophthalmology and after 1 hour 40 minutes of delay, when I go to take the test the doctor tells me that it is good that she will do it for me but that the machine (topography) is not connected to a computer or printer so she cannot give me no report, if I want to take photos of the screen. I was referred from another center to carry out this test and I find it embarrassing that in a hospital of these characteristics they do not have the means to give me a report or send it to me by email. Waiting time and facilities leave a lot to be desired.

    What a shame what this hospital was and has become. More than 1 hour waiting in the waiting room and in the reception on the ground floor of outpatient consultations, the 2 ladies speaking badly to the patients, criticizing them and criticizing the doctors if they ask them for something, eating at reception. That awful!

    I have been trying to make an appointment for a mammogram and an ultrasound for 3 days. If it weren't for the fact that you have my history there, I would go somewhere else where it wouldn't be an odyssey to make an appointment. Because also the online option is surreal!! I don't understand anything, nor do I trust it. Regrettable

    The rating by the floor receptionist 0 external consultation, right now 18:06 on 07/31/23 the terrible attention, bad faces and bad treatment, I could make a complaint but I am with a person with reduced mobility and I don't have time to waste . If I could I would give them 0.

    Mi experiencia en hospital siempre fue buena. Pero por las tardes en consultas externas recepcion hay un señora mayor rubia de melena que está constantemente sin la mascarilla. Se los pone 5 minutos y 15 sin ella. Estoy indignada cuando familiar mío estuvo muy mál ingresado con el virus. Es una falta de respeto y de las normativas por parte de esta señora. Espero que el hospital tome nota.

    Las dos señoras que están en recepción al entrar son muy poco atentas y muy pero muy groseras, no tienen el más mínimo don de gente para atención al público. Si no le gusta su trabajo busquen otro.

    Had a nice experience in this hospital stuff are very friendly ,especially Dr.Marin,she is so lovely and patient ,definitely recommend.
