I have been going to muscle chain stretching classes for three years. The teacher is exceptional, she has a lot of knowledge and adapts to the needs of the group. Since I tried it I have not been able to stop because it leads me to states of relaxation that I had not achieved with other techniques. The center is very cozy and Pilar, who manages it, is a real sweetheart, she takes great care of the space, good disinfection due to the COVID issue, and she is charming and a very good person. A totally recommended place.

I love going to Taichi with Pilar!!! She is a great teacher, charming and with patience and positive energy she guides you little by little. You disconnect from everything and come out renewed. The space is very pleasant and the atmosphere in the class is wonderful.

It is an oasis of peace, as soon as you enter your vibration changes due to the good energy that Pilar transmits. I have practiced yoga and Reiki there and attended a chi kung retreat and a couple of singing bowl concerts, and everything that Pilar organizes is wonderful. Don't forget to visit it.

I have attended many activities at the Yin Yang center and they are all great, especially the reiki courses, the singing bowl concerts and the meditations with Valentin. Pilar the director is a sweetheart and in the center you feel at home, a luxury!

In this center the activities are very well directed, the classes are impeccable and Pilar Mansilla, who directs the taicki classes, is a wonderful professional. Yoga, biodanza, reiki are other good options and occasionally "Tibetan bowl" concerts that give us unforgettable experiences. A place to visit if you want to delve deeper into these activities and achieve personal balance.
