I travel a lot for personal reasons and as a travel blogger so I eat at many many airports around the world. On my flight to Boston from Madrid I stopped to get a sandwich and a pastry. When I paid for my food I reached to receive my change and the lady by past my hand and sat my Change on a small plate. I didn't think anything at first but when I noticed all the other customers she waited to place their change in their hands I knew then it was on purpose. The difference was only skin color. I'm saddened that in 2017 a person is still discriminated against in the most subtle way to prove that you are less than because of color. Very saddened!

Comida ASQUEROSA!!! MEJOR compren galletas y tomen agua. No hay mejor definición que ASQUEROSA. Y en cuanto atención, PESIMA COMO EN TODO EUROPA. GENTE GROSERA, SIN EDUCACIÓN. deberían de darles curso de atención a clientes. POR ESO NO LES DEJAN PROPINA EN NINGUN LUGAR.

Pedimos entre varias cosas un Pepito de ternera con queso y pimientos para llevar. Lo abrimos por curiosidad para ver cómo era. El queso no estaba. Reclamamos y nos lo pusieron, pero ni unas disculpas ni nada. No me gustaron las formas. Las costillas mediocres como casi toda la comida del aeropuerto. Pero aquí ni tuvieron profesionalidad de pedir disculpas por el error.

Lechuga de ensalada en mal estado, venden ensalada Cesar pero con vinagre y aceite de aliño, croquetas frías, staff muy mal educado. Definitivamente es la peor opción para comer en la T1

No doubt, that's your best option at the Madrid airport. Fresh products, fair prices, nice service. Delicious natural orange juice and very good sandwichs.

Muy mala atencion dia 8 medio dia, la cajera mal educada y falta de resperto hacia mi persona, en lugar de sevirme a mi, la persona que hiba detras, atendio a las personas que ella quiso y a partir de hay todo fue a mal no atendiendo a mi persona, le dije que lo pondria en internet y encima se cachondeo de mi, no vale perder mas tiempo en decir nada mas de esta cajera de gafas y sin respeto.

Steht als Menü musst aber alles Einzeln bezahlen Personal unfreundlich mein Burger Fleisch war roh und dazu war das Essen sehr teuer für fast Food nicht empfehlenswert

Publicidad engañosa!!!. Fui a preguntar porque me han cobrado 14,65 € y no lo que esta escrito en la publicidad y la respuesta es que no sabían que existía ese anuncio. No me parece una buena estrategia para atirar a las personas.

12/8/23. Nice space to sit and relax before catching 10 am flight. Nice selection of sandwiches, yogurts and deserts. CHOCOLATE cake in the morning! You can smell the fresh brewed coffee. Enjoy!

Terrible service, not recommend!, much better options in the airport. We just ask for a coffee for takeaway, before we finish the sentence they start making it, we fast mention “with soya milk” because we are vegetarian and they hear but decide to just make it with cow milk. They serve it in a cup and we ask for takeaway and they told us in a very rude way that we should have mentioned it at the beginning. OMG!

La viande du hamburger était crue pour la moitié du hamburger. Les frites étaient froides et le service est terrible. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi e restaurant est encore ouvert.
