When they managed to fix it, they did not want to give us that lost hour and a half and they gave us excuses and lies and in a very bad manner and manner, I will not return to this place and of course I will not recommend it EVER! They are lying people, thieves, arrogant and rude.

€650 that we have paid, we have been without electricity for 2 hours and yet they have been unable to even leave us one more hour, not even paying. There is no heating, only a heater that wouldn't even heat the bathroom in my house. After telling them that the children are frozen, they brought us 2 stoves from their house but they didn't heat up. Their excuse was that they could have rented the premises for 1000 euros... The chairs have white linings so that they cannot be seen to be broken. Loose plugs... in short a scam, I hope it helps someone not to spend so much money with these people who have no education... rush to get paid but then no toilet paper

Worthy of a movie, we arrived at 5:45 p.m. and the place has no light, a man with very bad manners tells us that he is going to the bricomart, be careful in the middle of Christmas Eve!!!!!! You have to try to buy the part. Almost two hours waiting there with small children in the dark, with the cold. The worst comes when we ask to be compensated for lost time, at which point they give us a million excuses. The facilities do not at all live up to the price they charge, very flimsy chairs, little collection to be generous, and the ball park is crazy because they have a stove inside the ball park with a plug, something very normal, there being minors so that way They can burn themselves or play with the plug, but of course business is business and if a child has an accident, nothing. It is a shame that such a special night remains in this embarrassing and unpleasant experience. I would never recommend a site like this with these characteristics

Bad, they were not considerate, the power went out in the middle of the service and it took them 1 hour and a half to fix the light, and on top of that they charged us for that lost 1 hour and a half. Very bad, I don't recommend it.

Place not recommended, the truth is when hiring they give you one hour to finish the event and half an hour before the lady in the kitchen is rushing you to pick up everything, unprofessional they offer you a ball park that is not available on the day of the celebration and at 10:30 p.m. they tell you that the children must leave the premises and these establishments are supposed to be hired to be able to be with our children, the truth is a total decision.

Room NOT SUITABLE for celebrations, people who offer a service that THEY DO NOT FULFILL on the day of the event. We had a birthday with small children which they told us that the children's park would be open, we asked several times and they said yes they would have it. To our surprise, the day of the event they had it sealed by HEALTH. We saw cockroaches in the children's area. They left us without a playground for children. The people who serve are very poorly educated. Out of shame they should have returned some money or at least come forward and apologized. I do not recommend it

This place is very bad for celebrating birthdays and especially for children there is an infestation of cockroaches and for health reasons I have to clean before renting they have to see that children eat and drink there and all the chambers full of cockroaches is disgusting

It's a SHAME, we celebrated my niece's birthday thinking that we could use the ball park and it turns out that it is closed when at the time of hiring they confirmed that it could be used. Reading other reviews it is clear to me that it has happened more times. Place not recommended.
