    Last Thursday, November 16, I went to the emergency room of this clinic after almost a month with a horrible cough that made me vomit, several days with a fever of 38 despite taking boxes and boxes of frenchol, one bottle of syrup after another. . I went to consultation 31 where there was no one in the waiting room. In said consultation there is a lady with a white coat who, not because she is wearing one, can be called a doctor...The first thing she does to me is take my temperature, at that moment I did not have a fever since that morning I had taken paracetamol to lower it and to be able to go...he tells me that if I don't have a fever, why do I say that I have... that an emergency is for something that happens to me at the moment,... he doesn't listen to me, he doesn't allow me to tell what's happening to me, worse She didn't ask me to treat, as if she were doing me a favor, in one minute she listened to me, took my oxygenation and looked at my throat.... according to her I had nothing, she should wait for me until the 23rd when I had an appointment with my doctor...I tried explain that that was why I had gone to the emergency room, I made the appointment more than two weeks ago, he called me a liar saying that it takes ten days to make an appointment, not three weeks, I left even wanting to cry. The fact is that to this day I still have a cough that I can't sleep, fever, chest pain and I'm still hoarse waiting for Thursday when my doctor can see me. Of course I still go to work every day because I don't have medical leave. They take advantage of the fact that you are sick as soon as you have the strength to stand... I don't know who they think they are, they just have a career like millions of other people to be so arrogant, despotic and treat a sick person so badly who can't defend himself because on another occasion he would have said four things to him. Their salary and all the people who work there are shameful. We pay it together, they don't give you anything. If they have no vocation, they should dedicate themselves to something else, with this way of treating the sick, not only does it not help them, but it makes them feel worse.

    I give it one star because I can't give less, I just left the pediatrician JOSE ANTONIO LOPEZ FREIRE's office and that doctor, if you can call him that, has started screaming like a madman without giving me the solution for the blow my child had without For some reason he started screaming and when I showed him my son's teleradiography and I asked him as an observation if maybe it would be good for a traumatologist to look at him and he got worse and he didn't feel like seeing anything or sending anything BECAUSE IT'S NOT IMPORTANT because My son's blow was not recent... But well, this is very unfortunate. When I'm working and making contributions, it's a shame 🤬

    Good afternoon, I wish to make visible the mismanagement of the Los Yébenes Medium Clinic. 5 minutes of consultation after going back and forth for 3 months, now I am scheduled to evaluate physio in another three, I am going to ask for next year's appointments ☺️. The line for customer service is disastrous. It took me an hour. Only one person attending Of course everyone walking around and doing nothing

    I arrived after hours to process a travel card, however, Jacqueline very kindly attended to me for quite some time (something that did not happen in another medical center, where I did arrive on time and they sent me away quickly with hardly any explanations). Jacqueline, after a while trying to manage everything, managed to give me the card and gave me an appointment for the doctor very quickly. How important it is to have qualified, fast and efficient personnel. Thanks again.

    Is it normal for a doctor to tell me that there is no common sense? I'm in a hurry to go to my appointment and my little one brings his bike from the entrance. He says you can't come in, leave outside. Sorry, I don't know and I don't see the post. I heard him say no common sense again. They are respected people, but be careful with your mouth.     Este centro de salud tiene en la planta baja una inexplicable cantidad de personal administrativo. Parece una competición de vagos, si pueden no atenderte mejor no te atienden. Un claro caso de dinero público derrochado.

    Siempre voy acojonada porque nunca sabes de qué humor van a estar los médicos, es estresante; los de administración según les pilles, así te tratan. Las citas las tienes que coger con 15 días o mirar como una posesa la app por si alguien ha cancelado, y encima cuando vas a la sala de guardia o urgencias, que he coincidido con la misma doctora dos veces, es súper brusca, borde y todo rápido para quitársete se encima. Os voy a poner a todos a coger llamaditas del CAP SERMAS para que veáis lo que es estar estresado y haciendo números, auditandoos cada llamada que hacéis y que os exijan la misma calidad de atte al paciente que a nosotros. Revisión de plazita del funcionariado anual, ya veréis qué sorpresitas os ìbais a llevar.

    Can you know what is happening with this center??? You make an appointment for February 6 at 6:32 p.m. and they give it to you WITHOUT NOTICE!!!!! For the 21st at the same time What are you about???? Then you complain????this is PATHETIC of you TERRIBLE ATTENTION We come to the doctor with a problem not to count the sorrows

    Una vergüenza, contratan a cualquiera, me ha atendido un pintas, con tatuajes, rapado, apenas podía intercalar palabra, en uno de los brazos tenía tatuado Loka y estaba APESTANDO A ALCOHOL, me tendido que atender su compañera de al lado ES UNA VERGÜENZA, ya de por sí el servicio es pésimo y esto es la gota que colma el vaso, TOTALMENTE EBRIO, que vergüenza de centro, esto ha ocurrido hoy sobre las 18:20pm 23/10/23!!!por suerte tengo seguro privado, y mi madre también pero algunas pruebas que tiene ella tiene que asistir a su centro médico, hablaré con mi abogado privado para ver si hay alguna manera de denunciar al centro o que tomen las medidas pertinentes, es una falta de respeto muy grave tanto para los pacientes, cómo para los compañeros de trabajo, la chica que consiguió atenderme estaba FLIPANDO!!! Una VERGÜENZA

    On Monday I went because I had a fever all weekend and with so much cough and phlegm that my throat was rattling. I am treated by a doctor who is there for emergencies (a tall man) and I am very sorry if it bothers you that we go, but for that We pay social security to be cared for. And the man, after hiding me and looking at my throat, tells me to drink water... to drink water, which is what they prescribe for colds... yesterday I went to my doctor and after Look at me and he sent me some pills for phlegm. Phlegm that I am expelling and not because of the water that you sent me. Please, when someone goes to the doctor I think it is not for pleasure. You chose your profession, if you don't like it, I think you are on time. to change. a little bit of humanity that we are not all the same.

    I think it is a place is worth to know, efficiency of staff is remarkable, doctors, nurses and administrative staff....they are good and always wishing to please everyone of people.Congratulations to everyone works over there and i dont know how much they earn but they deserve much more.

    Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Beatriz Jiménez Serrano at the Health Center has been deeply disappointing and worrying. First of all, I must point out that Dr. Jiménez Serrano's lack of empathy is evident in her contemptuous treatment of patients. During my consultation, I experienced a haughty and distant attitude from the doctor, which resulted in an extremely unpleasant experience. In addition to her lack of empathy, it was evident that Dr. Jiménez Serrano lacks genuine interest in the well-being of her patients. Their indifferent and apathetic attitude toward my health concerns left much to be desired and made me feel completely neglected as a patient. What is even more worrying is the lack of professionalism that Dr. Jiménez Serrano demonstrated during my consultation. Their disrespectful behavior and lack of appropriate care do not reflect the ethical and quality standards expected of a healthcare professional. I consider that their negligent and unprofessional attitude is reason enough for them to take appropriate measures. Last but not least, I must highlight that my personal experience with Dr. Jiménez Serrano resulted in a completely wrong diagnosis. Their inattention and condescending attitude contributed to an inaccurate analysis of my health condition, which had negative consequences for my well-being. In short, Dr. Beatriz Jiménez Serrano not only lacks empathy and professionalism, but also represents a risk to the health and well-being of patients. I strongly recommend that steps be taken to ensure appropriate and respectful care for all patients at the neighborhood Health Center.

    I have not felt so ridiculous and humiliated this morning in room 31 of this health center to what they call “emergencies” by the doctor. It was walking into his room and the first thing he told me was: Do you think this is an emergency? First of all, do you know the discomfort I have? He hasn't even been able to take a look at me, he has simply judged me because it would be thought that I wanted to take time off work. The only thing I needed was proof of attendance to go to class. The second thing, at no time have I given any signs that I wanted a leave, wow. Right from the start, accusing me that it was not a reason not to go to work. If I feel bad as a doctor, I have the right to at least have health care, I don't know... that you don't want to work is not my problem. Third, he told me that I had to wait for an appointment with my doctor at 7 in the afternoon... when I couldn't tell anywhere that there was an appointment at that time. I guess a career in medicine comes with the title of rude and I didn't even realize it. Even when you're dying, they tell you that everything is normal. Little desire to work and a lot of bitterness…….
